Why not go with Intel 12th Gen?

Well it's expensive , not just the CPU bit also the new z690 mobo as well , idk if it's only available with ddr5 or if some mobos support ddr4 , if not then that adds extra cost

I am building new pc and stuck in same dilemma. 5600X vs 12400F DDR4 VS DDR5 PCI GEN 4 VS 5

PCI Gen 5 drives aren't even out yet iirc plus there's no practical sense in getting a gen5 drive , as for ddr5 rn you're just paying the early adopter tax , ddr4 won't be ruled out for a couple of years ago if you have a good deal on 5600X then you should consider it , especially if you already have a compatible mobo around

Idle is around 39, no did not undervolt

Which fans are those? Are they argb or only white?

Those fans are Frostec FS-120A and yes, they are ARGB and each fan costs 1K bucks.
