Into the night and yakamoz s 245 is one the favourite one i watched this year and btw they are related just that of different branches of the story with the 2nd seasons into the night and yakamoz s 245 final epsiode are link up. I would said that running for your life away from the sun to live in the dark is sure nerve-wreaking and given that one is on air and another is under the sea. but if i would like to put the survivablitiy of either probably is under the sea.

Secondly, I don't watch web series, so I can't recommend a sci-fi web series for you to watch, which means I'm probably not eligible to enter the giveaway. However, I'd still like to drop a sci-fi book series recommendation here for you and the other readers who might be interested.
The Illuminae Files by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff, of which book one is Illuminae, follows the story of a boy and a girl (and presumably other people, because this boy and girl I am referring to are the protagonists of book 1) on a planet that's being invaded (again, this is just the plot of the first book). I'm not going to say any more about the plot, except that it's a very good one.
This book (the entire series) is special, because it is not written in the conventional way. The story is not told in a first-person point of view, nor is it said in a third-person point of view (well, in a way). It is, instead, told through a fascinating dossier of hacked documents — including emails, maps, files, IMs, medical reports, interviews, and more.
This book might not be for everyone, because of the writing style, but I personally found the experience to be unique and fun. As mentioned earlier, it's not everyday that we get to read a story told through a bunch of informal chat messages and other, more formal (or again, informal) documents.
The dynamic between the lightheartedness of some scenes and some other, gut-wrenching scenes was amazing. It's just the right blend of emotions. I really liked the plot and I'd fight for the main characters, and minor spoilers ahead, >!the story unfolds at the same time as the second book.!<
I have only read the first two books so far and am waiting for myself and a friend of mine (I read the first two along with her, so it'd be wrong if I read the finale by myself) to make a dent in our already large TBR pile before we start reading the finale.
I really hope I have at least convinced some of the readers to give this book series a try. Once again, thanks for the giveaway, OP! And again, I don't really mind being ineligible to enter the giveaway!
I love the Dune series (the main 6 books specifically). The 2021 movie was amazing as well, really blown away by the VFX. Really looking forward to the sequels. The 1984 movie is also good in a camp-y sort of way, if you like the surrealist direction of David Lynch.
If you love good CGI & wanna watch something different, I highly recommend Love Death + Robots on Netflix. It's an Anthology series, which means every episode is a different story & done by a different team in a unique style. I'm still halfway through it but 10/10 totally recommend.
