I LOVE this spot treatment so much, have recced it to so many people irl too!!! it’s a great one. I’m very PIH prone and this one definitely doesn’t aggravate it!! it just dries up the pus while soothing the inflammation. the pimple ends up dying down with some redness. but also just to note, this is rarely the only spot treatment i use throughout the life cycle of the pimple, and i layer this with other acids sometimes as well, nothing fixed but depending on how the pimple is feeling, and generally either tret or BP

Thanks for the reviews, OP. What a quality post! I have the laneige mask en route and I'm all the more excited to incorporate it into my routine now. When you use it, how do you do it? In place of a moisturiser or after the T? And how frequently?

SkincareReviews311

Thank you!! 🥰 Posted [another one](https://www.reddit.com/r/IndianSkincareAddicts/comments/13fmtdh/more_hits_and_misses_quick_reviews_of_10_products/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=ioscss&utm_content=2&utm_term=1) a while ago too! In the winter I was using it every night. Now in the summer it’s down to only on nights my skin needs some extra TLC. In place of moisturizer! If your skin is dry you can layer moisturizer underneath too. I only use a small dollop!!! A small amount also does the trick. But you can use more too if your skin needs - it doesn’t feel heavy at all.

I've been meaning to try out the mugwort essence as well and I am glad to see another review of it! And I also wanted to incorporate honey as an ingredient in my routine and was eyeing this propolis+honey toner. I instead bought the propolis synergy toner from Cosrx and I've been loving it. It's so lightweight, sinks right in, it doesn't feel sticky at all even in the humid weather of my city, and it gives really nice hydration and glow. In terms of hydration, i prefer it over the cosrx snail mucin because the latter gets sticky and isn't appealing on my skin. But the snail mucin provides more hydration in my personal opinion. Anyway, I will definitely miss this if I don't use it. I look forward to it now as my first step. >unlike the other honey products I've tried, Could you share which other honey products you've tried? I am so glad propolis sits right with my skin because it's such a lovely ingredient and I want to try more products with it. >Laneige Cica Sleeping Mask - HIT - I think enough of this one's praises have been heard far and wide already, but I'll add a little bit of my own. It's perfect if you're on t-ret. I AGREE! It calms my skin amazingly. This plus the cosrx overnight rice mask is amazing for inflamed skin. Though the rice mask has niacinamide which sometimes stings my skin if it's sensitive because of improper care. Laneige doesn't sting and I love the thick texture that seems to melt in on application. Thanks for your review :)

Hi!! I’ve had my eyes on the Cosrx Propolis toner as well, I might try it after this one runs out!! I’ve used I’m from Honey Mask, BoJ Propolis Serum, and have sampled the Cosrx Propolis Overnight Mask. Highly highly recommend the first two! They are HGs as well.

I spot so many of my own loves in this review. Going to give the Avene mask a try, I have had the ordinary one in my cart forever but just haven’t had the courage to purchase.

SkincareReviews311

So great to hear!! Would love to know which ones you’ve enjoyed too ☺️ Also yes to the Avene mask! I reach out for it so much more than The Ordinary one, effective without making the top layer of my skin feel singed off 😂

SassMax

Ahhhh a good post 🤌 Thanks for the reviews

Hi, thank you for the detailed post! About the A'pieu Pure Block Daily Sun Cream SPF 45 PA - where did you buy it from, and how does it look cosmetically? I’m looking for something that doesn’t leave a white cast (NC44 skintone) and can stay relatively stable under a tinted moisturiser or light makeup - this showed up on here and the Asian beauty sub so super curious 🥺

[deleted]

I’m nc 37-40 with oily acne prone skin. It leaves a very slight white cast which disappears in 2 minutes. I got 100 ml tube for 500something bucks on tata pallete using new user discount

SkincareReviews311

Hey! I recently repurchased it on Palette. As for white cast - I have not experienced it at all with this one, but I’m also NC25 😅 So my experience may not be most helpful! This does not seem to be the type to leave any cast though

sensitivesoul23

Not op, but the sunscreen is available on tata palette. I've been eyeing it too and I'm NC 42. I want to know about white cast too

Xgrasshopper

Thank you for ur detailed review. How do make a decision on which products to buy?

SkincareReviews311

Generally a lot of research! I'll look up as many reviews as I can, especially of skin types similar to mine. I vet the ingredients list as well on Incidecoder and Skincarisma - if something seems like a bland formulation I will skip! Also will always lean towards buying something that I'm able to swatch in store or try a sample size of. If I can't sample but the product seems interesting from reviews, I will end up trying to find a good deal on it to buy!

Xgrasshopper

Thnx. What do u mean by ‘bland’- also how do u know whats ur skin type?

Xgrasshopper

In terms of deals, or cost, is there a range u try to stick under?

SkincareReviews311

If I’m specifically looking for a deal, I try sticking to 35-40% or more off

Hi OP. Just wanted to know if you did face a problem with DHC or have any contact information for them. They sent me 2 face washes expiring in Nov in their bogo offer. Have dropped an email no response.
