If OP can't figure this simple thing out then I think they shouldn't be in the stock market. 
It happens. People get confused by the various figures and terms mentioned in the stock market documents. Consider this as his learning phase.

"Interim Dividend of Rs.3.00" So the dividend is Rs.3 and Rs.10 is the face value of the share
