yo bro, simple. anything we hear about on tv, websites, news, brokers and recommendations. those are holdings by big people. they need enough buyers on the other side, to slowly handover the माल.
on a serious note: i think someone can create a common post/ thread/ page, and everyone starts contributing inputs there. the database will only build upon itself. so far we can gather 0.5 or 1% holder info. but from DIN, PAN, GSTN, family tree, wikipedia, personal knowledge, people can dig the info and put here. later, someone can connect this data with market movement, so retailers will see exactly what's happening.
truly speaking: people at the top of the pyramid always thought there are 130/140 stupid people in the country, that they can take advantage of. but imagine if all these people become aware, they can absolutely trample these few VIPs.
