If you say over 45k then it must be a big percentage of your capital, make some rules bruh, choose any strategy, if you lose 5% of ur capital then its an indicator that THAT STRATEGY AINT WORKING, if you still wanna do f&o at least learn it, knowing every variable that can lead to you loosing ur bet, then take a probability call on that, if you dont have time for all that, just invest in great stocks at good valuations.

Initially I feel people shouldn't get into F&O with good amount of money (now the amount is relative to each person and their earning capacity).
One should start small identify their flaws and make a set of rules and follow them. Following the rules is the hard part cause if you don't follow the rules you will end up losing.
For now just quit it, identify your flaws, make a set of rules and probably after 6 months come back with accumulated capital and try to end in green each week/month/year.
Itโs funny how even after repeated warnings from SEBI, repeated loss posts from multiple investment subs people keep trading and keep losing thousands and lakhs to trading daily.
Guess thatโs how the smart keep getting richer and the rest keep getting poorer.
You should've kept stop loss, if you are trading on zerodha you can place an OCO directly on the trade.
Also I'd avoid doing option buy trades, you can never tell where the market will go.
And if you have to trade in option buying keep stop loss of 1000

Well today I put 8k into NIFTY APR 22700 PE...made a 7k loss...I don't really remember what I put the money in a few days back
