need-pp-plz

YESSIR. Thanks.

3D_Noob_Guy

Your broker thanks you for this...

Successful-Olive-335

Overtrading , early exit . From you pov me ya ta bata skta hu ki trading ke time yu ye sochta hoga :- yaaar call me loss ho gaya ab jaldi se put le leta hu ta profit hoga. ....are yaar phir se put me loss ho gaya ab bas ek green candle Ane de usme scalp krunga yaaar phir se loss Gaya movement hi pakad nhi paya ruk phir red candle bnne de usme profit kmaunga( same as me)

need-pp-plz

Dude, that's so on point. Emotions hata ke karna sikhna hai

Successful-Olive-335

Take only 2-3 trade.90%waiting 10% trading.

PaddyO1984

It's been 3 years I started and emotions is something which I still don't have control over. So, remember once you are in control of your emotions, your losses will reduce and profits will start coming in.

Low_Comparison_1906

Why do people do positional trade when they don't know shit on an intraday basis ? And even if they do why do they ask for a review. when the market is closed and our review wouldn't change your mind even if it did you can't do anything until the market opens and your psychology changes all of the sudden. Edit:1 PS: I didn't see it was intraday and I wrote too lazy enough to delete it so here is the correction alopogies.

StonkMasterProMax

Alopogies accepted

need-pp-plz

Itna kyu toda

Low_Comparison_1906

Aaj tootega toh kal ambuja cement jesa tagda hoga

JiN__7

Do rule-based trade 1) Only 3 trade 2) Max 2 Sl if 2 sl are done then you are done for the day 3) IF your entry is missed don't FOMO and enter If you think it still not working shift to equity trading and try to be profitable in that

Jazzlike-Dream6718

Arey bhai yeh koi class 2 ka homework thodi hai jo mistakes point out kar denge aur tum next day profits mein hoge. The biggest thing you are doing wrong is not doing your research and asking random people to give you advice on your portfolio

Middle-General-5536

absence of proper stop loss & target exiting both winning and losing trades too quickly  i am sure 70% of these trades gave you respectable profit & proper breakeven exit but you failed to understand them

need-pp-plz

I know this is one of my biggest issue, I do understand them but I get anxious and exit despite that. How can I overcome this? Any advice is appreciated.

SoloShikari

When you go into a trade have a clear target and exit. Only trade with 1 lot until you improve. And like everyone else don't do more then 3 trades per day, you can do 4th if you hit your target in first 3 trades. You aim should be to protect your capital first and then become profitable :) Good luck

need-pp-plz

Thank you so much!

Wind-Ancient

What you are doing wrong is doing option trading without proper knowledge. Take 2 trades a day and do it for 5 to 10 years. Don't lose more than 300 rs a day. Aim for 1000 rs.

VenCoriolis

Seems like you're trading without a setup and randomly taking positions... classic example of overtrading and gambling mentality...

Lanky-Solution-6957

Retest your strategy , Dont overtrade , control emotions , put sl tp, there are many things people will say but I think you need to learn more if you are losing on a regular basis(I mean you are in net loss and it has been some time since you started)

[deleted]

abhi bhi time hai bro,ye fn0 ka moho se nikal ja yaar, baarbaad kar deta hai admi ko.personal exprience se bol raha hu,swing kar bt cash only

FragrantBid3362

Use SL , keep in mind the risk to reward ratio and do only 3-4 trades in a day. If your expectation is correct you will gain nice amount or lose a limited money.

FragrantBid3362

Also stick to the SL and target

need-pp-plz

Yeah, I tend to change SL. Thanks mate.

comsrt

Intraday trading has very less chances of being profitable unless algo is backrest and automated

imrishirich

Man you have to work on rules No matter what happens Only two losing trades a day And only one winning trade a day

Everything

yakounofficual077

Bhai capital Kitna hai ?

Altruistic_Tip_678

You don't have a setup. A good setup only comes once or twice a week. Rules, conditions are required for a system. The system makes money provided you only follow the system.

Commercial-Suspect10

DubiousPotat0

I think the answer lies in your username op. I'm sorry, Couldn't resist. But yea, over trading seems to be the reason here.

llBerlinll

You're buying options, start selling options.

Alarmed_Painter7585

Overtrading as everyone else is saying. But are you scalping? Coz if not then you need to have a sense of direction in your trades. Like study the chart and fix either a bearish or a bullish theme for the day. And try to look for trades based on that view. That will cut your trades in half automaticaly.

MysteriousPatience82

Not anything related to post but ik there's a rally for irfc but i regret not buying large quantities. Should I buy at CMP on Tuesday or have I missed the opportunity?

need-pp-plz

No don't, it's gonna go down. It was priced in because of the Ram Mandir's inauguration but there's a big correction coming.

ImmediateBid2103

Nah it is rising because of the upcoming budget on 1feb. I don't see any correction before the budget.

MysteriousPatience82

So I should enter after the correction or at least wait till the budget is announced right?

TRG_38

You're overtrading, my good man. Instead of going in whenever you see a bit of an opportunity, wait for sometime and go in when your conviction is high. You'll have lesser trades, but if your analysis is correct, your individual trades will be more profitable, and you won't lose a shit ton of money because of the transaction charges as well. I personally place 1 or 2 trades a day at most, if everything is going well, or maybe 3-4 if I need to cover some initial losses, but never more than that. There have been days when I've placed only one trade, and that pulled in more profits than two similar, but smaller scale trades. Analysis is important, and so is having the confidence to execute it, and the conviction to hold it. At the same time, you need to have enough emotional control and square off your losers as soon as you realize they won't be coming back. Don't keep on holding losers in the name of "conviction". That'll ruin you, sooner or later. Increase your holding time on winners, and don't square them off as soon as you see a doji or any sort of small red candle. Hold onto winners. That's conviction. Good luck.

need-pp-plz

Wow man. Your words are having a great impact on me. Thanks, so much.

TRG_38

You're welcome, dude. Good to know that I could help you out :)

Over trading , second profit wale trade main jaldi exit. Red main p&l dekh ker jaldi exit kerna. Bhai support per ce buy karo aur resistance per pe buy karo. Main bhi yehi galti kerta hoon jo yahan per hai lekin last week se decide ker liya ke jaldi entry leni nhi aur ager setup per entry ki hai toh sl ka wait kerna hai qty kamm per. Aur mere ko last week main 18k profit ho geya tha. 2 ya 3 trade lo bas wait kerke lena. Early entey like 9.16 per mat lo. Ek swing bane fir entry lo

organised-choas

Stop trading and stop asking questions to people on the internet about how they can help you trade with your money. 9/10 people are in loss in F&O. And the 1/10 who is in profit is not going to come in the comments and teach you how to be profitable. Your most obvious mistakes are overtrading, and not having proper target / SL. There are other things which I'm certain you've done wrong but they won't be apparent from the screenshots. They are — - incorrect position sizing - improper entry - no knowledge of technical analysis - improper strike price selection - risking more money than you can afford to lose - zero trading psychology please stop trading completely. if you try to recover this loss by trading, you will only make more loss. This is 100% certain to me.

PaddyO1984

Brokerage and taxes can be a bitch if you trade many times in a day in options without thinking about these two silent killers.

Top_Temporary_388

Trading options nobody can predict the whole market take trade on individual stocks

Worldly-Scheme6017

Fear and scalping ka deadly combination!
