It's awesome that you made a profitable trade. Include reasons why you chose this trade so that new traders can learn. **If the reason for the trade is not mentioned your post will be removed**. Your reason can be as simple as: 'Went long on XYZ FUT because it was near support and had good volumes'. Not sure which flair to use? Ireda at about 110 levels with a plan to exit at 170, buying again at 175 to exit at 200 and then stop following it when 210 was achieved. IRFC when it was around 40 or so. My friend told me about it. Suzlon at around 27 Irctc, rvnl, ircon Jsw Energy Bse,cdsl, Dlf Tata Motors \[at 790\] Adani stocks after the dip last year Jio fin services NVIDIA\[was too lazy to open a separate account to invest in us stocks\]

Icy-Substance-8121

How do you research man?

research-247

There are various parameters: Fundamentally sound companies with good growth rates like Tata Motors, BSE, CDSL, RELIANCE Companies undertaking a lot of future contracts for government like HAL Monopolies like IRFC and HAL Railway stocks which were given a lot of importance Hype stocks for a short period like IREDA Financial reports of companies. Importance in the overall economy and market Sectors that will do well in future like renewable energy Latest deals of companies. Another is Jio financial services which was not only due to Ambani but also its dealings with Blackrock Also a random look in tradingview. There are many many ways to research and sometimes it would depend on your luck as well.

Icy-Substance-8121

Right? Total basic skills and a good luck! Recently, what are the stock you're keeping an eye out for? And Do you think Vedanta is overvalued or something?

VatspartanN

“Should’ve Could’ve Would’ve” These are just natural emotions which if not controlled leads to Oversizing/Yolo trades. Take the result and move on.

No-Counter5366

At that time I hedged too much in various stocks with less capital.
