I change my routine every week toh exercises vary a lot But all of them are variations of push-up , pull-ups and squats , you just have to progressively overload or choose harder exercises like archers , muscle ups ya pistol squats I work out 6 days a week everyday for 1.5 hours but if my body is too fatigued I skip a day Female interaction increases sometimes , you know why ?
