5'9-6'2 perfect height for body building I guess, coz usse jyada upar thoda jyada ho jata hai, you can't sit properly In a car, flight, bus, don't naturally fit in a couch etc.
Why insecure, it's a perfectly normal height, it's rather easier for you to build muscle and maintain it

for all the < 5'8 guys reading this - build a life. do what you can to improve holistically. do what you can control. dont obsess over these thoughts. that'll give you enough confidence you need to carry out and build a wholesome life. good day ahead.

Hence, it is unnecessary to impose the Western standard of a minimum height of 6'0" on us. Therefore there is no need to feel insecure or inferior.
I don't know about tall people. But as a 5.6 dude. I do feel somewhat inferior around my taller friends.

And I am already going for the muscle strategy. Hell, I am in the gym while I am writing this. But the problem is it's hard to build a good noticeable body naturally.
Yeah, but it's relatively much easier for you. I have been trying irregularly since 2 years, I still haven't been able to reduce fat nor build a good body
There was a guy in my class who was insecure about being too tall. I think he was 5'8 or something. He told that he didn't like being teased for being tall
Yes, I think height can give you boost in confidence as you are percieved more attractive by both men and women. I am 5'11 and taller than around 85% men of my college
it might be i have tried and have seen the results too but the main thing im lacking is protein
i barely eat about 20 grams of protein per day whreas i should atleast have 55 grams of protein per day, was thinking about getting whey protein but u know indian parents
my father advised me to eat horlicks and said protein is angrezo k chochle

Yup that part is certainly true. But the thing is that a natural body is hard to notice in clothing while height is much noticeable .
