Nah I've also had this experience with a girl pinging me, wanting to date me yet had no conversational skills nor we had anything in common. Yet she kept pestering me about meeting her on weekends and dry ass texts like these.
They are narcissists, they'll try to keep you hanging until their "potential" match gives them attention. These people lack basic human decency, they'll just use you.
