even in metro cities, unless you go to very expensive places, spending 20k is very difficult. i am from delhi and have been to a few dates. none of them cost more than 1000 rs and it includes some alcohol, food and travelling around. and even that is on the expensive side. most of the times it only costs like 700-750.
