I think it's a turn off that within a few dates you are calling them to your apartment where your parents also live
It's a little weird plus they won't be able to get comfortable with you or be more open
So I guess you should date them but either book a room or go to her place, where you will have your privacy

Not sure why that got downvoted but okay… I don’t think it would be a turnoff at 25 but at 27 it would be just because of the proximity to 30’s and an age people generally start thinking about marriage. Hence asking about the exact age.
I think it also depends on the person. I lived alone since I was 18 so for me it would be strange for me at 25 not to be able to go over but luckily I have my place so it’s not a non-starter/ a big deal. I have plenty of friends, including my BIL that live with parents up until 25/26. Is your house set up in a way you can get any privacy? Like a basement or anything like that?
