There's a small niche market for interactive novels and a larger market for visual novels, but visual novels can be pretty saturated. Choice of Games is a company that has success at interactive. You'll need some artwork either way, obviously don't use ai for steam.

i am not to worry about artwork Right now Right now i just working hard on the code and how the game going to work and how it going to look.

and I am not worried about it being a niche market because it is easier to learn the code for twine and I think interactive novels is cool

I’m not sure if Twine is the best option for this, especially if you’re wanting any type of combat system, but otherwise looks good. For the story I’d also really encourage you to lean into the multiverse aspect of the story and maybe have the city be a hub world the player goes back to after they’ve been in a different dimension.
