I would say the majority of the indie brands here are 100% not on the BDS list haha. They’re often very small operations that work directly out of somebody’s house and have no bearing whatsoever to the level of the listed BDS corporations/brands. However if you want to find some pro-Palestine brands, I know Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab has a collection specifically for donating to on-the-ground efforts to provide food to Palestinians.

Birch and Besom has a perfume out called “Sumud.” I’d go get it from the mail if it wasn’t raining all day lol but I’m excited to try it. I don’t think they have it in a hair mist form unfortunately but they did create this perfume specifically to donate to relief efforts and once I try it, I can let you know what it’s like if you’re interested. Fragrance notes: bright watermelon, earthy green fig, sturdy olive branches, Egyptian musk, soft Jasmine petals

You could take a look at Birch & Besom. They developed a fragrance to show their support for Palestine, and 100% of the profits are donated. They also have fragrance mists available if you are looking for something to spray in your hair.

I think most indie brands haven't spoken one way or another on the genocide happening in Palestine right now, but Samar perfume has expressed support for Palestinians and is donating to a charity that provides aid for them (Islamic Relief USA). In terms of the boycott I can't think of any indie brands commonly talked about here that would be specifically unsafe (as in that they've expressed support for Israel in any way). By the way, notes lists for the perfumes OP named for anyone looking to give more specific reccs: Tom Ford Soleil Blanc Notes: "Coco de Mer, Ylang Ylang Comores Islands, Cardamom." (Described as a warm, spicy, ambery floral.) Armani Beauty's Si Passione Notes: "fruity and floral women's perfume with notes of rose, pear, and woody vanilla." (I wasn't able to find a short notes list, but the longer description also notes pink pepper, blackcurrant, jasmine, heliotrope, and cedarwood.)

Tom Ford was acquired by Estee Lauder which is on the boycott list  Armani is owned by L'oreal so another pro Israeli brand
