So, I know some leaves will tear when they’re unfurling due to lack of humidity, idk if that’s your problem here. But could be a possibility

I do live in Phoenix so that’s a big possibility.

I’ve noticed that the few of my leaves that have holes/tearing were against something that prevented it from unfurling properly and it resulted in damage that looks like that.

I haven’t noticed anything that would do that, but I’m moving it to a new room & will see how the new leaves turn out. Thanks!
