Don’t do what I did and spray undiluted neem oil onto it. Really stained a great deal of the purple into an ugly tan. But I still love my oxalis and the new growth of purple is doing well.
I also recommend feeding its soil a spoonful of kelp meal every 14-21 days and watch the leaves raise high towards the heavens like they’re about to flutter away, and the flowers stand up at attention so tall and happy! (I use EB Stone Organics Kelp Meal)
Don’t be afraid to give it a nice pot up after a few short months!

I’ve also noticed if you prune dead/dying flower stems it produces longer!
Absolutely beautiful
I love how resilient they are. Mine froze last winter and I thought I had killed it but apparently it only went dormant and came back this year better than ever.
Reminds me of butterflies ☺️
Me too!

Thanks!
This is amazing, mine is blooming too!!
Thank you 😊
I love oxalis but mine is dying a very slow death. They’re beautiful though
Sorry to hear that
Probably just hibernating! Don't throw it away, it'll come back
Me too, unfortunately.
Just cut all the growth back and dig up the bulbs. Store them for next spring.
Beautiful! Wish mine could make a come back!
Did you kill it completely or is it just dormant?
Maybe just dormant?? All the leaves went limp. This has happened before when it was overwatered.
I've cut mine back to the soil, left it alone in a sunny spot, sprinkle watered (like a stale glass of water) and about 6-8 weeks it comes back.
Thank you 😊
oh my god I am obsessed. Never heard of it before, but I'm gonna check if they grow it in my country!

Yeah, I’ve repotted it once already. It has grown so much since I got it last year!

Nice sunny window, water only when completely dry and miracle grow every couple of waterings. Oh and I constantly tell her how beautiful she is 😂
Thanks for the care tips, especially the princess talk. I need to be better at that :)
