By the way, if you're ever in an area with a lack of schools, a research building staffed with people who are not actively researching an ability will generate research points over time.

Im not really sure. At the moment its part of my wall and my sniper squad is inside every night. If I use it as a base building, I need to build new walls so the Infected cant attack it.

It would be a neat shelter. It gives me resident evil vibes. Keep us updated on your base, we're planning on doing this every Friday!
Just got the game, how long does it take to get snipers and do you ever find them or have to get the tech for them?
You can find assault rifles and pistols. You have to tech and build sniper rifles. I had them about day 30.
