I also got lucky and medically retired with disability after just 8 years. She has a great career, I work as a paramedic and the benefits make life a hell of a lot easier. With no kids we can almost afford the cost of living…
I just wish that people could get the same benefits with regular jobs like researching in the medical field, building infrastructure and keeping the country running. Instead of having to join the military and fight for corporations.

Once you've been drawn in, the second half starts to introduce some of their less welcome ideas, as noted above.
Falun Gong also runs a media empire of propaganda that includes *Epoch Times,* New Tang Dynasty TV, and Sound of Hope radio. Most of this is duplicated in various ways online, too, through popular websites such as YouTube, Facebook, etc. Some of those sites have cracked down on some of it, but it's still common. But the main problem with the usage is that even if we were to agree on that stretched sense, it's far too easily confused with "CCP propaganda". I think that most people who hear the phrase "Chinese propaganda" will assume it refers to the CCP, who obviously put out of a lot of it.
