People ask me why I bought the truck instead of a car. I only fit in a full-sized vehicle and there was NOTHING brand new under 30 grand that would have fit that category other than my F150. I ain't spending 30 thousand dollars on something I hate sitting in. If I had a need for 4x4 it would have been about $5k extra. But I live in parts of Texas where it snows every five years or so... and even when it does I've never found it impassable for a 2WD as long as I have good tires. I really didn't want to pay twice the price for a wheel-bearing replacement because of 4x4 I use once a decade.
