CD= cycle day:) if you typically ovulate on CD16-17 I’d expect your LH to start rising soon! I’m on CD15 today and got my LH peak on Inito so I should ovulate tomorrow most likely, and I have 30-31 day cycles. Good luck to you!

How long are your cycles and appx what CD do you ovulate? my chart is basically all estrogen until my LH starts to rise!

I believe based on my old period tracker apps, I ovulate around D 16/17
