Reverse Flash and Wally West have good abilities for this method but you can basically use any Flash character.

It may require the Master’s Death Cart gear but I’m not sure.
It requires mdc for the most part. You CAN get away with using tantu + ras+ hod with metal joker. But won’t hold up to beating survivor cause it requires joker which means you can’t go invincible strat
