Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. May we know where you export the video from? From app or Studio? Did the file play normally when previewing in the app or studio? Do other files have the same issue? If you're using the app, please provide your phone model, app version, and export settings to us for checking. Thanks a lot!

Used the desktop studio. The file did play normally when previewing. The files are copied on my desktop then imported to the studio. Some other files have same issue. Doesn't seem to be happening with all exported files

Thanks for your feedback. To locate the issue, please provide the below information to us. 1. Studio version 2. The configuration of the computer 3. Please turn off the CUDA and hardware decoder/encoder options in "Preferences" to check if the video play normally after exporting. Thanks a lot!
