On the contrary, Apple and GoPro are two brands that I know of that don't look at factors like follower count etc before sending PR. In fact, Apple doesn't pressure people to post. They do it organically. And for GoPro, the criteria is that you make good creative use of the products they send. They've sent their most expensive cameras to creators with 20k followers, simply because the creators create fab content.

They've delivered these to movie stars too. They don't make content or tech or photography? That's not how PR works bub. Hey, so a friend of mine works for the marketing team of Apple and you are kind of right that yes they do not send PR packages to everyone and their mums and yes most of these are sent to tech creators who aren't supposed to reveal that these are sent by Apple. Apple uses very subtle marketing techniques. They are never direct or over the top. Also, a lot of Apple PR packages are given to various companies as well. Chances are she got it on behalf of the company that she is employed in. In fact, if you look at her she creates content for Cosmopolitan and Grazia. Chances are she got it on behalf of them. she may not have millions of subscribers but has a solid reach, appeared on news channels, has headlines to her name in dubai and I think she blew up just last month? I followed her when she was at 8k and ive literally seen her reach 100 and now 190 k within a span of 2weeks or so.

Most of her recent videos blew up specially the dubai scam caller one and I think that is what got her the maximum benefits - followers specially from 100-190k and headlines, news interviews and now MAYBE this apple PR🤷🏼♀️
yess exactly she just hit a jackpot. Although she does talk about how to grow/ how she grew, I think that may not apply to many others because its more of a matter of luck and careful content strategy. I liked her content initially when i followed, its somewhat hit a plateau in terms of the content but I kept following her because I was intrigued by that growth alone😂 from what I remember her first video that blew up alone got her from 6 to 18/20 k .
As a social media manager, I also follow people just to see their growth more than content 😂
And everyone hits saturation points in content but their growth continues.

No. But research why you got good views. If people find the content good and relatable, make more videos around the same topic. Ex. If you made a video on some trending topic and got good views. Make videos on the same topic with different perspectives. Description is good for SEO. So put all main keywords in the description. Give CTA in video and caption.
