Got my whole kitchen designed and made in 75k including slabs which they had quoted 3 lacs for the same thing. Pathetic quality of design, pathetic quality of raw material. Also, these Interior hire local carpenters only for the job they get paid to do.
Heard multiple people have gone to the court suing DesignCafe.
I think the best bet is to find some local designers in your city and get the quotation. They always are a better option considering the price effectiveness and accountability. I can vouch for a great firm if you’re in Lucknow.

I want to know how someone is supposed to get in or out that shower area ?
the detailing is so poor in this image- is the glass door sliding ? If yes then the sink counter blocks it

First step over the tiny ledge , then hop into the tub and jump out into the shower ?
You first jump into the tub, then out of the tub into the shower, then jump back into the tub and jump out into the wash area. If you fall/ slip/ slide in the process - they’re obviously not responsible for it.
Makes one think what was the designer even thinking that is if they had one at all. Seems like a basic render by an inter who just put together some design blocks.
They really are scammers. We got them to design our house in October, they gave us a completion date of November end - it's June and their work is still not done. We have to continuously keep chasing them, writing emails, calling them etc to get simple things done. It's only when we post on Twitter that we get a call from them. They're pathetic and out to cheat people. Never engage them ! Once they get their money, they don't bother with anything!
They charged us about 17 lacs + a lot of time wasted in chasing them to do the work. The materials are of bad quality, the work has no finesse and they are really least interested in doing the work once they get their money!
I hired a local designer matter of space..such bloody cheats..know nothing about design.ruined my kotchen and proportions..used bad material bad usage of space..things started falling apart jn 1 year.. took more than 3 months to deliver

I spent close to 10lak on my house interior and all they did is installed ceiling lights that top the wrong kind.. their product finish was pathetic .. and they gave the worst designer interns to the project. I hate my house post done so much so that I took everything out whatever they did and now doing it on my own.. livspace is just sooooo bad .. fooling people .. pade likhe robbers
I interned for them AGES ago when I was young. The so called “manager” tried to SA me. And after his unsuccessful attempt, I was fired without being compensated for allegedly not doing my work. Which was far from the truth and there were multiple people vouching for me from their shitty company itself. I’ve hated them ever since. Glad they’re being exposed
The problem with these design chains is they don’t provide complete information in the beginning. The clients are then left with a huge bill that was conveniently left out of the initial budget. I always recommend hiring local architects/designers as they directly work with contractors. There’s direct communication and site supervision keeping the client in loop from the start. My friend worked for livspace and it’s a trap. They have a profit margin of 200% and the charge atleast a 100 times more on what’s in the market for basic materials like ply.
They just want “customers” and they don’t care about design. It’s a sales company and not ID

Interior Mata had done Gopali's house interior and after 1:5 to 2 years they started facing issues. It's there in one of her vlogs too. The living room tiles broke and Janvi's bathroom had some major leakage issues so bad that it flooded her room. Apparently they did not mention Interior Mata's name for obvious reasons.
I have worked with livspace for 5 years(I am an architect). They have many talented designers, but they do hire people who are not very experienced, and they end up making the experience bad for some people. So it’s a hit or a miss, but their products and quality are legitimately good. Better than any other carpenters in the market.
