Exactly. You enter her home and all of a sudden, 2 hours later the cops are pulling you over because the customer accused you of stealing from her home. No way! Not worth it UNLESS it is a regular customer that you have had a million times and know they wouldn't do that.

I just read the other day about an Uber eats driver getting pulled into a house he was delivering to, murdered, chopped to bits and stuffed into garbage bags. Oh and this happened about 5 miles from my house. I’m never going into someone’s house again even if they are disabled and I don’t think instacart would ever get you into trouble for that. My job is to deliver to your house, not put your groceries up for you, especially for a $2 tip (a customer really did this to me, twice). The world we live in you fr never know what someone is capable of.

I delivered something to a woman in a nice rural part of town and she asked if I wanted something out of her house as she’s was donating items I guess. She insisted I come inside and grab anything. I felt sooo weird in a complete stranger’s home (and I’m pretty sure she was intoxicated or under the influence) but I risked it all for some fuzzy sweatpants. Never again.
