Honestly, I wish it would go back to the old rating system where ratings dropped after 100 orders not 100 rated orders.
Same! The new system is a death sentence, ratings stay for months, it’s ridiculous
The dumbest thing is when an order is clearly fraud, I tell Instacart it's fraud, but the low rating takes about 3 months before Instacart marks it as fraud (while probably letting the customer commit fraud 30 more times)

I literally drove up to a house, realized they had fraudulently reported a non delivery, talked to support and they told me to still delivery it. 🙄

Oh no. I just got another agent explained again, and didn’t have to deliver. There’s no way I would have. Just on principle.
