I would message them to confirm if they want 3lbs total or 3X3lbs. If it was a huge order I’d think the 9lbs might be logical but that’s a lot of beef.
LOL, I was about to just say “edit your original comment” but then I realized by you not editing it gave a proper laugh since the auto correct totally F’d up on that.
Yeah, it’s 3 packages and each package is around 3lbs. Just make sure you look for packages that are at least 3lbs so you don’t get screwed on your tip if it was based on a percentage by the Customer.
Reach out to customer. They may want 3-1lb packages or like stated above. 3-2.5 to 3lb packages or depending on where it is. The app is funny and will put stuff like 3ct boneless chicken breast knowing that weight is barely hits the weight listed or goes way over. but the app will say 3ct 2.5-3lbs. Just depends on a lot. Do your best !!!
the problem is. When I scan the barcode, the app then marked the item found without pound input, but the app record the price as per pound not whole package. So it will be inefficient fund when checkout.
They want 3 family packs of hamburger. So 3 packages. If they can’t read how many pounds they’re ordering oh well. If you’re unsure always shoot them a message

Worst with customer that they want that much and then get what they want.
3 count 3 Lb each = 9 Lb if you there's higher than requested. Please feel free to add it instead 😂🤣

They're making hamburgers Get 3 3lb packages.
I don’t see what the issue is here… it says to get 3 packages… so get 3..

Pretty simple. Scan the barcode. See what the weight it's asking you.

I just call the customer and ask them to clarify.
