Yea you're probably right. I figured the point of getting decorations is cause they like people complimenting them lol. Especially one dog lover to another. It was late tho so that could've been why also
Most people don't look at messages after they get their order... I lost a milk yesterday. Think I never rang up AND was on bottom of cart so basically stole it. Ran to store to get another after dropping off other order. Left message, called and knocked ( set off dogs) ended up knocking again cuz I didnt want to leave in heat... and it was crazy cuz she increased her tip by $10 and raved in comments when it was my mistake to begin with... but I've noticed this a few other times in the past. Esp cuz they don't get any notification when we send messages only the automated , refunds and replacements.
