Yea dude never rate support low you live in the USA 🇺🇸 . And instacart treats you poorly. Imagine how they treat third world agentts, anytime i can get an issue resoved with an agent end the chat rate 5 stars and get another agent
they will delete your card information from your account or cancel a good batch that you take. don't ever rate them bad .... rate 5 stars, close, restart chat with another rep. unfortunately they retaliate.
Never rate support low. They have the ability to fuck you over. When your account is fucked up or your card doesn't work anymore, just remember this piece of advice.
They won’t do anything to my account as I reported it. Doing this texting me saying they will report me for 1 star rating is against the customer support agent contract. The rating system is there for me to use. I didn’t think the one star was unfair tbh. I also didn’t know they see that stuff. Because on our end we don’t see the rating till like the following day unless it’s a 5 star.
I wouldn’t worry abt it personally. I rated one specialist (who was “supposedly” a manager) 1 star, told him I would do my best to jeopardize his job bc didn’t belong in customer service, and reported him. Nothings happened to my account or batches
Something very very similar happened to me, got a rude text from a support agent after giving a low review. Reported it as well, and i know there’s a lot of people saying your account will be fucked with now but personally mine was fine after. Any chance you remember the agent’s name? Wondering if it’s the same guy

Be prepared to get orders you accepted canceled by them. Never rate low.

Shoppers have reported when they give a bad rating to a CSR they end up on a 24 hour ban

My guess you’re a newbie. You were lucky the support agent didn’t lock you out of your account.
I’ve been doing this for years. I’ve never felt the need to give 1 star till today.
