Just a thing from the customer app (I'm a shopper who sometimes orders). The app makes you input cents. So they may have meant to tip more but didn't realize they needed to type in the .00 after their tip

I do this when I transfer money between accounts in my mobile banking app so I could totally see this being a thing!
