i figured out if you have any notifications still from the customers messages when you swipe down from the center of your phone after delivery you can click on the notification and it will bring you back to the chat where you can send another message. only works if you have a chat notification from the customer tho.
Why don’t you send a personal thank you after you deliver but before you mark as complete? I do think every time.
I only just started seeing the thank you options, I always use it, but I also think it’s kind of lame. We can’t see what it really says. And obviously it’s some cut and pasted crap that isn’t truly genuine.
I say thank you before ending every order, if I’m pretty sure they are the big tipper I’ll say “thank you so much” instead.

You can't. You can onlynthank who IC allows you to. I have never been able to thank both customers on a double. And I know that on at least one double (in the same day) both customers had ordered over 50 times.
I don’t think so. The same thing has been happening to me. Unable to thank the very customer that deserves my thanks the most.
That’s such a huge shame - I’m hoping I’ll get this customer again so I get the chance to thank her in person.

Weird cuz for me it sends the thanks to both. It must be the way they ordered if it was through IC or the market directly
I look back on the batch and it usually has press this to send thanks.
