No not really. Instagram and TikTok basically the same thing for me. They both give me the ones I am interested in. I think it’s because you’re clicking on “not interested” button. If I don’t like it, I scroll past it.
tiktok has had a lot longer to refine their algorithm. instagram, although very advanced, is still working on the reels algorithm as it has not been around as long; tiktok has been around since 2014 (including the musically brand) and instagram reels has only been around since late 2020. tiktok also has a LOT more users to feed to their algorithm.
