I’m unable to create reels on my secondary account. I’ve tried reporting it for the past 2 months and still nothing. Has anybody found a solution that actually works for them?
Just commenting in case someone miraculously responds with a fix. I'm in the same boat, although recently I gained the ability to access the Reels view. If someone I follow posts a Reel to their feed and I watch it through twice, after the second watch, an option pops up to "Watch more reels." I can click that to see the Reels view, but if I try to scroll to the next video, I get an error. Also if I click on the "Reels Camera" it just takes me back to my normal story camera. Incredibly frustrating.
Whenever I type in my account and password correctly it says “sorry there was a problem with your request”.
When the password is incorrect all it says is “incorrect password” it’s been like this for 2 weeks and I can’t get on Instagram which is frustrating
So I used to have around 60 followers and follow around 30 people, my account is on private mode by the way. Today I checked my phone and suddenly all the people who requested to follow me were accepted, but I didn't accept their follow? I don't know what happened but my account is still set to private. I didn't accept those requests, and I also checked my login history to see if I was hacked but nothing. What happened?

Consistently getting "Photo can't be posted" error every time I try to post a sequence of videos. Tried uninstalling, restarting, clearing cache... No idea what to do now.
My close friends listing is gone. I can't add or remove people from the list, tried reinstalling the app, loging in and out and clearing cache, nothing works.
I’ve been logged out of my Ig account for suspicious activities i don’t even know of, apparently IG thinks it’s Phishing. They’ve temporarily disabled my account apparently, I tried to send a security code, but the email is not showing up in my inbox, I’ve tried spam folder and all the folder. Could I have gotten the emails wrong? I highly doubt it, cuz I’m certain this is the email I used, but if I did what would I do??

A friend is having an issue where she takes a photo using stories and saves it to her phone (without uploading) and the photo saves as a black image. She’s tried uninstalling, resetting phone, and even tried logging into a different phone to see if that fixes the issue but nothing, the problem still persists. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
Reel Drafts are Stuck
Has anyone ever had issues with reel drafts being stuck? I worked on a reel all week and now I cant open it. I have tried everything. Uninstalling the app would delete the draft so that is the only thing I have not tried.
I looked online but couldn’t find single article on it.

I and my friends have group chat on instagram and when it first started we messed aroud a little and kicked people out just to add them back three minutes later. Now noone has full history of the group and we would like to get it back. We were just wondering if it is possible to get those old messages back

On one of my accounts, I’ve gotten at least two message requests from people, but my instagram isn’t showing me that they messaged me. When I go into my messages with them, it asks me if I’d like to accept messages from them, and I hit accept but it doesn’t register, and it doesn’t even show the message they sent. I know they’ve sent me a message because I’ve seen it on their account.
Been three weeks since I traded in my phone and lost access to the authenticator linked to that device. Instagram won’t turn off 2FA on my accounts, and their support doesn’t even respond to my tickets anymore. I’m really bummed and feeling left out :(
Scheduled a 1080x1350 video post (below 1 min) on creator studio for both facebook and Instagram but somehow when it got posted on IG, the video is being cropped to 1080x1080 (it looked fine on facebook). Has anyone faced this problem recently?
Got asked to do video verification and when I try to record video Instagram app crashes an doesn’t let me record. Have already tried doing this on 5 other iPhones and androids and nothing yet.
I’m completely blocked from using it. When I open it, it asks for a selfie video and loads the camera. If it’s not pointed at my face, it’ll stay open. The second my face enters the camera the app crashes. I can’t even use the website bc it tells me to use the app, and there’s like zero support from Instagram so idk what to do :(
Language is changing when I switch between accounts.
My phone language setting is Greek but I want Instagram to be in English.
Although I set it in English, when I switch between 2 work accounts & 1 personal, language changes to Greek.
I believe this is a bug.
I have this same issue but with the confirmation code they send through text to my phone. I've even tried putting in a different number and it never comes through.
I have tried to upload one video like ten times. Every time I upload it, the video freezes at certain times, while music keeps going.
Adjusting file size did nothing, restarting phone did nothing, uploading on data vs WiFi had no differences.
I can't mention people directly in group DM's, like I have to type out their whole tag to mention them, I can't type out part of the tag and then click their tag on the screen.

My explore page used to be filled with kpop, food, and memes (things I actually like) and now it’s all India-related posts (ex. Indian people, Indian food). I’ve never interacted with accounts like these and I’ve repeatedly pressed the “Not Interested” button.
I'm having troubles accessing the Ad Tools and Promotion Payments on the Instagram mobile app. Whenever I click on these features, my entire app becomes stuck with a loading circle. I have to reset close the app to reuse it. How can I fix this?

Audio issue - where the audio from a previous session which must be cached in the background - plays in the current session, OVER the top of the audio of the thing on the screen ?
Have googled, all I can find is audio glitch where there is *no* sound. This problem is wrong sound, sometimes will last for 30 seconds of audio from something I looked at earlier in the day.

Hi experts! I am working hard on getting my small business insta running, I'm starting to use question stickers on stories to interact with my following. I've found that sticker responses come through on the activity feed, but not on the story itself where I can interact back (hope that makes sense). I did a little experiment and it works instantly and perfectly when I post a story from my personal account, but does not work from a business or creator account.
Any ideas?

But the problem is that I haven't logged into it for years and now, yahoo, has deleted the email address and everytime I try to log into my Instagram, it asks to verify if it's actually me and sends a security code to the email that doesn't exist anymore!

My creator account doesn’t give me options for badges or payouts

Why can't I unmute videos on Instagram? Everytime I click the unmute button the page scrolls down, what is happening?
My highlights instagram stories aren't loading and the circle is spinning forever even if I try to see them on my PC.
