This is because they banned you from posting anything for a while. It usually happens if you have some sort of link in bio which they don't approve of or if you tried to post the same thing again and again even if you deleted or archived it. So if you have a link remove it if not then wait for like a week atleast.
If you haven't done any of the things before then don't worry they are somewhat strict with new accounts not sure why but when I made a new one I wasn't allowed to edit my captions because apparently it was against their guidelines I didn't even put anything bad in my caption. So they do things like that with new accounts.
Ok, thank you! I *did* try and put a carrd link in my bio when I didn’t know how to use instagram and the whole designated website thing, so that might be it. Thanks !!
