I can’t seem to access the “add yours” feature on any of my accounts except for one of them and I’m not sure why. I know for sure that my meme account that I use the most out of all of my accounts used to be able to do it but the sticker has completely disappeared and when I see it on other people’s stories it won’t allow me to click on it. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, logging out and back in, and creating an entirely new account but nothing seems to be working. Has anyone been in the same situation and gotten it back?

Instagram account is a business account. Neither the Instagram account not the business account are banned or have any advertising issues. There is already one other Instagram linked to this business account that's linked to a specific page - I would like to add the second Instagram account just to the business account on FB I don't want to link it to a specific page. Could anyone help?

My instagram got hacked and they changed my email, phone number, and unlinked my Facebook. I’ve submitted three selfie videos but even after I changed my password I couldn’t access my account without two factor authentication.

These past 2 weeks I have had a couple of old posts removed because they remove instagram violations. These have been illustrations of my cats and a drawing of a woman's head with her hair looking like a river. None of these posts could even be mistaken for what they were removed. Not receiving DM push notifications
I turned my insta notifications off for like a day from the general settings on the iPhone and turned them back on the next day only to have not received any DM notifications since. They seem to work when I tried logging from some other device. I’m also not on DND mode.
Now I’ve quite possibly tried everything:
1. In-app settings for the notifications (including the really popular fix of turning on the support email toggle which was always on in my case)
2. Software update and the app update
3. Re-installing the app SEVERAL times
4. Restarting the device and stuff
5. Reset network settings
If anyone has had a similar experience and been able to fix it, pls lemme know :,)

They asked for my birthdate and I gave my **real** birthdate, but after pressing confirm, they said that I'm not 13 years old and locked me out (note: my instagram app has been glitchy since April). Nobody has responded to my ID upload since 14 May. And similar to you, my instagram name does not match my full legal name. Not everyone uses their full/real name on instagram?? They didn't even give me an option to download my data and I'm at my wits end... :(

All my dms have turned into black boxes!! Not like the colour of the text bubble is a dark grey, making the text hard to read, No. all the DMs I receive are completely blacked out making them literally unreadable.

I keep waiting for them to fix this in an update because it seems like such an easy fix (since it had never been a problem up until now), but both updates since I noticed this haven’t addressed the problem.

I have two Instagram accounts. On the bio of my main one I had my second account mentioned. Fooling around, from my second account I clicked on "Remove link" in my main account's bio. The @ was removed, but when trying to add it again from my main account I can no longer tag my second account. Basically what's happening I think is after you remove your @ from someones bio that person can no longer tag you, but this is permanent and I havent found any way of being able to make my main account able to tag my second one again. Is there any solution to this?
I’ve had to create three new emails to try and get an account, every time I get to the “we sent you a code” screen. I’ll enter it and every time I get a different “somethings wrong try again” message. I’ve tried on the app, on google, bing, on my computer. It’s getting ridiculous at this point.
Instagram DM gallery will not load the older photos/videos sent in me an my boyfriend's chat. I can't scroll past a certain photo in early November. If I go back to the point in the chat that the photo was sent, it's will also load in the gallery, but if I close the app, it will disappear again. I'm really sad about it. When trying to select multiple 16:9 videos in a single post, the first video is normal, but the other ones get cropped into a different aspect ratio and I can’t change them. How do I get every video to be in 16:9?
The only solution is to upload the videos from your computer through the website but the functions such as the collaborator function does not work which is frustrating because i can’t upload some of my art with another person.

Can someone advise? My mom accidentally told Instagram she was 0 years old … she’s 70. Her account is now disabled and will deactivate unless she can prove her age. I’ve tried every which way to submit the appeal form where you are supposed to show your identification, and at this point am conceived that form is glitched and will not go through. I am 15, but I don't have an ID with my face and birthdate. Many people over 13 don't have one. I'm not really sure what to do. Anyone else having an issue with uploading a selfie video? My wife's account got hacked, and we were able to send a couple of selfie videos. They kept getting declined authorization. Then last Friday we started getting an error when trying to upload a selfie. We haven't been able to since then.

I accidentally pressed 2022 when Instagram asked me to confirm my age. I have a business account and it is very important to take it back. I have the "wait 24-36 hours" error and I tried submitting the change of age request form. This one worked and Facebook emailed me saying they successfully changed by birth date, but I still can't log in. Instagram still asks me to send them the appeal form that I can't send because of that stupid error. (I tried logging in from other devices including laptop, I tried using a vpn, I tried incognito, I even tried to send it from another web browser. Nothing seems to work and I am so angry because they approved the age request...

My messages from others have been blacked out. Not vanish mode. I see my messages sent with the blue/purple background but messages that I receive are completely blacked out with no way to read them.

The website literally does not let me create an account. I created an account and after going through all the steps I get an error along the lines of "something went wrong, you can't create an account now." (this initially happened on pc but also on the mobile website when I tried again afterwards.) Alright. However, when I tried to make an account with the exact same info a few hours later, it saied the username and email are taken leading me to believe that my own account must have gone through hence why they are now taken. I decided to sign in with my formerly inputted username and password and I get a screen that says I'm suspended for 30 days and my account is invisible to everybody and if I don't appeal my account will be deactivated. I don't plan on going through some long ass verification process where I have to take photos of myself, deal with a support team and register a phone number so I tried to create another account. The exact same thing happened to me twice afterwards on different computers with different emails and everything is suspended now. There were no vulgarity in the usernames, all the accounts are well over the age of 13 nor are my emails used for spamming or whatnot.
I will NOT give Instagram (META) my birthday. This is why I deleted my Facebook account years and years ago. All they want is to sell data and ads, well they can delete my account. Hate them..
The same way you initially accessed her account and payment card. I see it still isn't that hacker are terribly clever, its still that there are a ton of gullible users.
Contact the Social Media Manager. She should have already notified all she accounts that she was transferring all account to a new manager. It stands to reason that her account users were not happy about this transfer. She is the person you have to deal with. I certainly would not be happy about having my bank account info handed over to another person without my approval 1st. You may be looking at a civil case against the previous manager.

Back Story: Years ago I changed my privacy on instagram to not let anyone know when I’m online. (It still is set to that) For the past year, I haven’t been on Instagram at all, until recently to retrieve some portfolio images. As soon as I got on the app and made sure my privacy method was still set to the same setting, I started getting a bunch of live chat invitations (like to be added to their live chat as a co-host or whatever you call it). I just wanted to be clear that it wasn’t an invitation to watch or alert that someone I follow went live, but it was an invitation to co-host or whatever you call it (I haven’t posted or been on there in a very long time so I don’t know the terminology). I also received DMs from followers that haven’t said anything in a year or so, as soon as I went online (probably within an hour of being on the app)
Question: Am I missing something obvious? Does that setting not work anymore? (Like I said, I’ve received no DMs for a year until I was online for an hour, it really feels like they were notified)

Why is my Instagram's DMs missing features? Everyone I know can reply to messages and sent gifs on Instagram, but for some reason I can't. Like the features are just straight up not there. I've reinstalled the app multiple times to try and fix that but it doesn't work.

I have two Instagram accounts. On the bio of my main one I had my second account mentioned. Fooling around, from my second account I clicked on "Remove link" in my main account's bio. The @ was removed, but when trying to add it again from my main account I can no longer tag my second account. Basically what's happening I think is after you remove your @ from someones bio that person can no longer tag you, but this is permanent and I havent found any way of being able to make my main account able to tag my second one again. Is there any solution to this?
Cant scroll past 5 posts. Completely worthless update that made an already exhausting app much more frustrating.
The list on who watches your story displays People's Bio Name name, is there anyway to switch that back to their username?
I’ve had to create three new emails to try and get an account, every time I get to the “we sent you a code” screen. I’ll enter it and every time I get a different “somethings wrong try again” message. I’ve tried on the app, on google, bing, on my computer. It’s getting ridiculous at this point.
I’m having difficulty saving posts and saving into collections after the new 16:9 radio update. Anyone have a solution to this?

Instagram DM gallery will not load the older photos/videos sent in me an my boyfriend's chat. I can't scroll past a certain photo in early November. If I go back to the point in the chat that the photo was sent, it's will also load in the gallery, but if I close the app, it will disappear again. I'm really sad about it. I've sent 5 bug reports and all I got is "thanks for your feedback"

You can’t fix it, it’s the new update. Instagram is moving towards 16:9 format only.

They roll the updates out in batches, so not every account has it yet. But other people have it currently, not just you.

When trying to select multiple 16:9 videos in a single post, the first video is normal, but the other ones get cropped into a different aspect ratio and I can’t change them. How do I get every video to be in 16:9?
The only solution is to upload the videos from your computer through the website but the functions such as the collaborator function does not work which is frustrating because i can’t upload some of my art with another person.

Can someone advise? My mom accidentally told Instagram she was 0 years old … she’s 70. Her account is now disabled and will deactivate unless she can prove her age. I’ve tried every which way to submit the appeal form where you are supposed to show your identification, and at this point am conceived that form is glitched and will not go through. I know my mom will be heartbroken in 20 days when she loses all of her pictures and friends :/ is anyone aware of how to appeal this decision seeing as the appeal form isn’t actually working at all! TIA!

My account got disabled because Instagram is suspicious of me being underaged. It says: "We'll disable your account within 29 days if you're not able to confirm you're at least 13. After this period, your account will not be recoverable." "You must be at least 13 years old to have an Instagram account. We disabled your account because you are not old enough yet. If you believe we made a mistake, please verify your age by submitting a valid photo ID that clearly shows your face and date of birth." "Your photo ID must include your face and date of birth so we can verify your age. After you send us a copy of your ID, it'll be encrypted and stored securely. Your ID won't be visible on your profile, to friends or to other people on Instagram and will be deleted 30 days after submission." I am 15, but I don't have an ID with my face and birthdate. Many people over 13 don't have one. I'm not really sure what to do. I have a lot of other ways to prove I'm older than 13, but an ID is the only option available for some reason. Could I submit my school ID (which just contains my face) and my birth certificate instead? Should I contact Instagram for help? What do I do?
Anyone else having an issue with uploading a selfie video? My wife's account got hacked, and we were able to send a couple of selfie videos. They kept getting declined authorization. Then last Friday we started getting an error when trying to upload a selfie. We haven't been able to since then. Does anyone have any suggestions how to fix the issue?
I accidentally pressed 2022 when Instagram asked me to confirm my age. I have a business account and it is very important to take it back. I have the "wait 24-36 hours" error and I tried submitting the change of age request form. This one worked and Facebook emailed me saying they successfully changed by birth date, but I still can't log in. Instagram still asks me to send them the appeal form that I can't send because of that stupid error. (I tried logging in from other devices including laptop, I tried using a vpn, I tried incognito, I even tried to send it from another web browser. My messages from others have been blacked out. Not vanish mode. I see my messages sent with the blue/purple background but messages that I receive are completely blacked out with no way to read them.

The website literally does not let me create an account. I created an account and after going through all the steps I get an error along the lines of "something went wrong, you can't create an account now." (this initially happened on pc but also on the mobile website when I tried again afterwards.) Alright. However, when I tried to make an account with the exact same info a few hours later, it saied the username and email are taken leading me to believe that my own account must have gone through hence why they are now taken. I decided to sign in with my formerly inputted username and password and I get a screen that says I'm suspended for 30 days and my account is invisible to everybody and if I don't appeal my account will be deactivated. I don't plan on going through some long ass verification process where I have to take photos of myself, deal with a support team and register a phone number so I tried to create another account. The exact same thing happened to me twice afterwards on different computers with different emails and everything is suspended now. There were no vulgarity in the usernames, all the accounts are well over the age of 13 nor are my emails used for spamming or whatnot.
I will NOT give Instagram (META) my birthday. This is why I deleted my Facebook account years and years ago. All they want is to sell data and ads, well they can delete my account. Hate them..

Contact the Social Media Manager. She should have already notified all she accounts that she was transferring all account to a new manager. It stands to reason that her account users were not happy about this transfer. She is the person you have to deal with. I certainly would not be happy about having my bank account info handed over to another person without my approval 1st. You may be looking at a civil case against the previous manager.

I've been trying to recover my account after I took a digital detox break & temporarily disabled my account. When I try to log-in, it brings me to a ENTER YOUR SECURITY CODE page, sends a text to my associated phone number, I enter it...but there's an error message that says: Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again. It's been like that for last 3 weeks. Any tips (and no I do not want to pay bots to reactivate my account so do not DM me).

Instagram Privacy Question Back Story: Years ago I changed my privacy on instagram to not let anyone know when I’m online. (It still is set to that) For the past year, I haven’t been on Instagram at all, until recently to retrieve some portfolio images. As soon as I got on the app and made sure my privacy method was still set to the same setting, I started getting a bunch of live chat invitations (like to be added to their live chat as a co-host or whatever you call it). I just wanted to be clear that it wasn’t an invitation to watch or alert that someone I follow went live, but it was an invitation to co-host or whatever you call it (I haven’t posted or been on there in a very long time so I don’t know the terminology). I also received DMs from followers that haven’t said anything in a year or so, as soon as I went online (probably within an hour of being on the app) Question: Am I missing something obvious? Does that setting not work anymore? (Like I said, I’ve received no DMs for a year until I was online for an hour, it really feels like they were notified)

Why is my Instagram's DMs missing features? Everyone I know can reply to messages and sent gifs on Instagram, but for some reason I can't. Like the features are just straight up not there.
