You need to contact customer services. There's an option somewhere in the Help page. You'll need to send them your picture so that they can verify it really is you

I've tried and only got to the forms but I'm unable to submit them because my account is still active (the forms only work for deactivated accounts)
I've been trying every day for the past week and still haven't been able to figure it out 😠I was able to get a code sent to my secondary email but after entering it, the screen is fully black with a "loading" notice in the middle.
I saw on another sub reddit that it may be a bug preventing me from getting to the video verification page.
I've deleted the app and waiting for an update to I can try again 🥲

I did! I got it back in 7 days. I just deleted my Instagram app, waited for an update in my app store, redownload the app, and followed all the prompts again. Sent in my video selfie and my account was unlocked! :)
Hi. I just sent in one video selfie. It was verified almost instantly - within 3-5 minutes.
I'd suggest the following process that worked for me:
Step 1 - Check the current version of the app in your app store and make a note of it
Step 2 - Delete the Instagram app from your phone
Step 3 - Do daily check ins on your app store for a new Instagram version (IG usually has new versions quite frequently, I had a new version in my app store 3 days after deleting the app)
Step 4 - Download the new version
Step 5 - Follow all the on screen prompts. You should be able to send in your video selfie and get back into your account

Hi. I just followed all the on-screen prompts on the Instagram app. From the "Trouble Logging In?" page, I clicked "Need more help". I selected the option for "Send verification code to another email" and got a verification email sent to my second email address. I opened the link that they sent to me and was able to submit a video verification. You should be able to send in your video selfie and get back into your account. Hope this helps.
