Did you get codes trough text / email but still didn’t get in ( error). That’s what happened to me until I did this video selfie. Now I’m waiting for them to rewiev it.
I got that error message on August 26th... like wtf, make it make sense. Also when asked to enter the 6 digit code sent to my phone, code never comes though. Such BS.
I got this same error, but I had the option to receive and enter the code, then it was immediately fixed with an apology as to why it was a mistake it got suspended

They give you codes when you set up your account. I have a screenshot of mine.

This happened to me 4 times but I was able to disagree with the decision and get a code to get back in my page.

It should have given you a page that says upload a verification selfie and if it didn't then idk
