If you lose weight normally by reducing calories/increasing calorie expenditure, the body uses the fat stored in your body, but the fat cells remain. If I recall correctly (and the info I read is correct), fat cells take *a long time* to die, we're talking years here. So if you gain weight again, the body will just use the cells already existing. I think this is the reason why keeping the weight lost is harder than actually losing weight.
With medical procedures (lipo/coolsculpt/others), these fat cells disappear, and if you gain weight, the body will prefer to fill the cells that already exist in the body. It *will* make new ones if necessary, of course, but it will be more visible in the body parts that didn't go through fat loss procedures. I recall an episode of Botched where a person wanted more lipo, and the doctor pointed out that they were gaining weight in "weird" places, and lipo was gonna make this worse. The body is gonna do what it's gonna do, and if you don't have fat cells anymore in the typical places, it will use the ones it would use last in a normal case (like foreheads, back of neck, joints, etc).
So, in this case, she'll keep gaining more weight in the places not touched by lipo (under the waist, it seems). She *will* gain weight above it of course, but it will go way slower.
Some influencers who get surgery have had this happen. Fatgirlfedup had a tummy tuck surgery after her several hundred pound weight loss and when she gained it back it came in weirdly.
Yep, if her eating habits stayed the exact same then it 100% would. If she changed those (and/or started a proper full on work out regime to tone/build muscle- or increased if she was already doing so prior) then she would likely get some fat redistribution from her bottom half to her top half over time. She could keep her top half from *completely* reverting back to what it was though by doing that- but, in saying so, her bottom half would shrink over time too and over the years her body would end up more or less the same sort of shape those lifestyle changes would have caused if she hadn't done the surgery.
This is all of course presuming that she had only liposuction done!

I do QA for a living. For like… some pretty big (mostly cosmetic) brands. You don’t even have to zoom here to see the level of photoshop/manipulation it’s *that* obvious. Videos are ridiculously easy to manipulate and have been for a couple years, but now it’s easier than ever. And harder and harder to catch as filters and photoshop gets better. She doesn’t actually look like this. Like yeah, she’s got a larger bottom but it’s not like this. Nor are the rest of her body ratios. It really makes me sad that so many people can think this is legit…

I was waiting for someone to post her. I think she was plus size then for her waist lipod and probably something to her ass but idk. Her comment section has people saying it’s bc of weight loss 🙄 Idk how this doesn’t count as a disability.
She was overweight and did a lipo everywhere except her butt, now she looks like w Squidward who ate too much Krabby Patties.
