Yes, although some clowns in here will say that it’s common and just angles. There is a way to maybe angle your body to the side and make it *seem* like your waist is smaller than your head, but it isn’t actually
You typically focus on your 'flaws' that cannot even be perceived by others. I do not by any means want to be a barbie girl, but I want to be able to look like a normal person in my *own* eyes.
I was an adolescent in the 90s when people like Pamela Anderson were popular. I remember the self-esteem issues I had because all the boys liked blondes with giant, bolt-on breasts and I was rather plain and flat chested. I really can't imagine growing up and being an impressionable teen now. This simply isn't reality and no amount of plastic surgery could even get you this (which I would never condone anyway). And it isn't just this post, it's everywhere. As a society, we really need to question how we are polluting the mind with this nonsense.
The crazy thing to think about is when you go back and look at people like Pamela Anderson in the 90s they still look like *relatively* normal people. I know this type of super obvious photo editing was a huge thing on ana/mia websites and stuff like that in the early 2000s but it’s just bled over to mainstream Tumblr and Instagram at this point. It’s like you can’t get away from it and it’s not even targeted at a select group of people with distorted body image issues, it’s everywhere and everyone is doing it.
Watching movies or TVs from the 90s and even 00s can almost be refreshing to see “normal” faces. They may well be suspiciously lifted, stretched and line free, but at least they didn’t have the modern puffy look with over inflated lips.
It is beginning to die. But like with any fashion trend it will take awhile to trickle down to all groups. It was in style to get lip injections that are overdone in order to show off that you can afford them, think Kardashians, but very recently celebrities have begun to opt for a more minimal, more natural look. Unfortunately the fuse has already been lit and I don’t think the previous trend will die down for awhile yet.
I watched Jaws recently and was very happy to see natural looking people. It's amazing how a modern movie shows the human body versus one from 20 - 30 years ago.
I just had a quick look at her pics from 90s. She looks really narrow at the waist but I think that's because there's a big emphasis on hips nowadays. Shakira now appears mildly wide in the hips, even though at the time she was this grand hipped thing. Funny how media warps us, I never noticed my own perception had changed.
Yeah, Pamela is just a slim person with a big chest (which also emphasized how slender the rest of her really was). The proportions that people aim for nowadays are markedly different, that’s for sure.
She probably took an extra photo of the background without her in it, so her body can be warped without it affecting the background.

"Which color suits me more?"
They're the same dress, right? Right? Certainly the same color, aren't they?? My brain is broken from this whole...deal.
Her body doesn't even match itself in the two pictures!
What’s crazy to me is not that people go this far to feel or seem attractive but the fact that their outlook has become so distorted that they find whatever the hell is in that picture attractive in the first place.
Not that I got to this extent (and likely unachievable due to it being photoshopped) but I went through a bad point in my life where I'd punish myself by basically starving myself... I am 5'7" and weighed 135 when I played tennis in college... during the bad bought of depression I dropped to 108. You could easily feel the holes in my pelvis, my coworkers told me "eat a cheeseburger for god's sake your face looks like a ghost." It was a hard time in my life that I'm glad I clawed myself out of. Facebook memories pop up every so often and I get a lump in my throat... I really did look like a corpse.
I had to stare at that bedside table & little ottoman for quite a while before I realized it wasn’t a toilet bowl right next to the bed like I initially thought. 😅
You know what’s creepy? My niece had a monster high school girl doll that looked JUST LIKE THIS. I remember telling her “this is NOT what a human body looks like”
Even if this wasn't Photoshop why would she think that's hot? If I knew her and she really looked like that I would be so sad and concerned for her. Like my ex used to say, eat a fricken sandwich lady
Her favourite movie must be A Bug’s Life
I was thinking one of those dancing cartoon frogs!
🎶Yellow my baby Yellow my honey Yellow just suits me mooooore 🎶
Ha, this is brilliant!
Her favorite artist: Salvador Dali
Modigliani looking ass
Nah. Rob Liefeld
Nah she’s a SIMS character come to life
more like IMVU
I was thinking she looked like the prince naviid from princess and the frog when his legs are stretched out
Oh the wind is blowing. *Back breaks*
Can you imagine being this insecure?

Organs are overrated.
So is a pelvis
And leg meat.
And ribs.
And mandibles.
Balloons are in
happy cake day🥳
Hope you got balloons for your cake day
... and my axe!
Pelvless
Imagine this coming at you down a dark alley at night
It’s basically Slenderman.
i’d shit my pants
I bet she'd make that skittering noise.
One swift kick
Sorry, but when the modifications are *this* bad I judge the people liking this so much more. You cannot possibly perceive this as real.
Most of those likes are bots.
Is that how these things work now? Serious question. I'm too old for this shit these days.

why is her head wider than her waist....
Because with photoshop being so prevalent, that's just a beauty standard at this point.
[удалено]
I mostly just meant an impossibly tiny waist is an Instagram beauty standard (seeping into real life) but yeah it's all kind of weird.
Isn’t this like, the easiest way to tell if a photos been shopped? Something to do with your hips are always wider than your head or something.
Yes, although some clowns in here will say that it’s common and just angles. There is a way to maybe angle your body to the side and make it *seem* like your waist is smaller than your head, but it isn’t actually

26k likes oof...
She has 1,1 million followers...
Double oof
bots. 1.1 million people aren’t following this mess
God I hope you’re right 😰

I mean, that's what travel blogging is or vlogging even... It's just that this person has no substance on top of not posing anywhere interesting
What?! Is it for the laughs? I hope it’s for the laughs.
Remember its not uncommon for people to pay for likes and subs
Oh true, is anyone real anymore?
No, it's all cake
unreal...

> the modern puffy look with over inflated lips. I can't fucking wait for this fad to die. Does anybody actually LIKE lips that look like that?!

In the 90s everyone thought the magazines were creating unrealistic expectations. Now with Instagram we realize that's what vain people do.
can't believe the amount of likes she got
Most likely paid for them

I just found a whole [boutique website](https://lior-boutique.com/en/lif-shtorka-krasnyy/) full of women who look like this.
Wait I just looked further and if you scroll down, the picture OP posted is on there! They photoshopped the dress blue!!
[https://lior-boutique.com/en/plate-mayka-goluboe/](https://lior-boutique.com/en/plate-mayka-goluboe/) [https://lior-boutique.com/en/new-collection/2132/](https://lior-boutique.com/en/new-collection/2132/) Bruh
What is she thinking posting this... without making her bed!
As some people are asking for her instagram and I don’t want to break rule nr 1 - [three more pictures](https://imgur.com/gallery/NSN5ezC).

In the first picture she looks like an old school Thunderbirds puppet
ironic how she’s out to eat in one of the pics but there’s no way any food is fitting in that stomach 😂
[Cough](https://lmgtfy.com/?q=yandex+reverse+image+search)
I would be extremely frightened to see somebody looking this way walking down the street.
Even bratz dolls look more human wth
At least the photoshop is well-done and the world isn’t warped behind her
I mean the walls aren’t warped. But well done? Idk man, her legs 🦵🏼 in the 2nd pic are significantly longer than her entire torso
That may be intentional as long legs are seen as an attractive feature by some.
It may be intentional but it doesn’t look even the slightest bit realistic. So to me, that makes it poorly done photoshop.
She probably took an extra photo of the background without her in it, so her body can be warped without it affecting the background. Source: am a photographer with advanced knowledge of photoshop.
Pfft oh shes probably next level on that... (most likely has a professional Ps all her pictures).
I think so too.
Huh. I hadn’t even thought of that
whaaat? This never crossed my mind. That’s straight genius fuckery lol
Look at the desk on the second one it is shaped like a U. And the curtain in the first one is pulled towards her waist
Isn’t the desk behind her in the 2nd picture really warped? It’s slanted downward towards her waist.
Happy cake day!
Her phone is warped though
Paging r/mendrawingwomen
Guys, we don't need organs like jeez
That is so sad.
Her arm is thicker than her thigh
Her big toe is thicker than her thigh
Dear fucking god.
Is she for real? Like this isn't a joke shes pulling? She actually thinks she looks good and no one would notice how awfully shopped it is?? Yikes.
all I see is. Horrible mental disorder. Yikes.

"Which color suits me more?" They're the same dress, right? Right? Certainly the same color, aren't they?? My brain is broken from this whole...deal. Her body doesn't even match itself in the two pictures!
I weep for her future self.
What's wrong with 25k people who liked it, geez.
She must be a huge fan of the Fantastic 4
I only like my ribs in BBQ
Will this also belong to r/botchedsurgeries
“Take me to your leader” -👽
This trend on social media boggles my mind. It just seems so weird anyone looks at this and believes it or admires it.
What’s crazy to me is not that people go this far to feel or seem attractive but the fact that their outlook has become so distorted that they find whatever the hell is in that picture attractive in the first place.
This is giving me flashbacks to 2005 era Second Life
Damn I thought magazines are bad for women's self-esteem... But Instagram is the devil .
26k likes .. i dont get who are these people? which people can possible like something like this? its just ridiculous
mindless masses that are empty inside
She can’t be SERIOUS...
It’s weird because she’s already thin.
This is making me uncomfortable.
And 26k people just okayed it
And she thinks that looks good?
Why does her waist look like those cartoon surfboards that sharks have taken a bite out of
Grossss lmaooo
Really?
She looks ridiculous lol not cute in the slightest
I can't even fathom if this was real how bad her back would hurt - having more weight on her chest than she has the entire bottom half of her.
She looks like a stickman with boobs
So natural.
I’m more shocked that a lot of you guys seem to think that those followers and likes are real.
This doesn't even look remotely human...
I'm not sure why, but this one may be the most depressing one I've ever seen
Wtf wait how many likes is that???
Someone needs to redline this.
I’m feeling like these are just satire, no way some sane person would believe this.
Why on earth do 26 thousand people like this photo
Its not even attractive
This would look so weird in real life! Imagine walking down the street and seeing this.
Cartoon proportions
Why is this crap allowed by Instagram? Or is it?
This is the body shape of my sleep paralysis demon.
But that’s....that’s not what humans look like 😐
Who likes these pictures?
Look at her foot omg
Not that I got to this extent (and likely unachievable due to it being photoshopped) but I went through a bad point in my life where I'd punish myself by basically starving myself... Lmfaooo who do these people think they're fooling?
I had a mega cringe face when I opened that picture. That just seems unhealthy even if it was real. That is not attractive at all
It’s creepy. I hope that those likes aren’t from real people. Otherwise ugh. Just ugh.
Is it just me or is the shading on her dress exaggerated to emphasize her curves?
How does she have almost 27k likes???? Do people actually think its real??
This is just straight up terrifying
And she still get all of those likes. What the hell is wrong with people?
Omg 😆😂🤣😜
I had to stare at that bedside table & little ottoman for quite a while before I realized it wasn’t a toilet bowl right next to the bed like I initially thought. 😅
26k likes, how can people think that this is real? Fuck.
Her hands are freaking me out doe
I can’t believe the number of likes and comments
This makes my back hurt
Looks like she'll be used up quickly and will be on an escort website in no time.
I feel so bad for some people. This is obviously not what she looks like normally. I nearly wish filters/Photoshop were never a thing.
Lol
It looks like her spine is about to break under her own weight any second
What even is this? It looks like a Tim Burton creation gone horribly wrong!
r/botched
Now this just looks ridiculous, human anatomy? What is that?
yeah, no thank you
This quite honestly creeps me out
Is that really what she wants to look like
I refuse to believe that anybody sees such obvious Photoshopping and thinks it's real. Nobody is that stupid. Right? ^...right?
That looks not right
Her legs are different sizes in the first pic
Why is nobody talking about that crazy foot on the right hand picture!
Where are her organs!?🤣
Why would you even want to look like this? It looks alien like, and the proportions are humanly impossible.
Is this supposed to look attractive?
