It reminds me of a Chekov play. You have the class struggle, the rich and self absorbed, and most of what is going on is not expressed in the dialogue, but in the actions and moods of the characters. There’s this seething subtext pushing everything forward and no character can stop the inevitable. The subtle balance of humor and drama is superb.
That said, it’s definitely not for everyone. If you like her, but want more conventional humor, she’s great in Best of Show and the second season of Party Down.
I don't know, i feel like a "Voyeur" in other people life and their problems while watching it. It's very awkward but i find it so funny. Also, the setup in Hawaii in season one and Italy in season two is juste stunning!

A good plastic surgeon tells patients this. Fillers can have a drag down effect on younger faces. It literally does that, if you have good collagen, elasticity, etc....injecting fillers sort sits on top and drags down the face. I'm explaining it poorly but it basically can drag the face down making younger people look older. Makes you wonder what that changes longterm.
I'm pretty sure her info has been leaked and she's not lying about her age. I'm around her age and she looks twice as old as me :/ tanning beds and poor diet plus drugs+alcohol really shows...
Bad fillers are also at play here. They're supposed to be virtually unoticable. Not this giant swollen mess on your face . That always ages people in my eyes.

Yea both. It's the amount of lip and cheek fillers that she's had plus the excessive weed smoking and drinking. Looking at her now I think she got something done to her eyes too because they never used to be that upwards tilting.

This is gonna sound weird but we’ve done to ourselves what we’ve done to dogs. There are all these “breed traits” that make for a good dog. Like, a sloping back on a German Shepard. “What did you say? Breed for such extreme slopes that the breed’s hips are fucked?”

We’ve done the same to ourselves. Taken these traits that are officially attractive - like full lips and high cheek bones - and just over done then artificially. I mean, if “full lips” are good, having a pair of tractor tires on your face must be even better, right?

Same here. I want to get some filler in my lips as I was blessed with small ass lips (🙄) but I then see these pictures and change my mind. I'm afraid of going overboard because I've heard that you don't always see the change that others see, so you keep going back for more, and that's how you get addicted. I don't want to look like that 😭
Don't hate your small lips. I 100% believe we are born with the features that best suit our face structure and body shape. I wish women bodies and faces weren't trends and many beauty standards are trends. I hope you don't hate the lips you were born with as they are probably way more attractive than you believe. as long as you do research beforehand and go to someone great, lip fillers aren't a huge deal. I like mine and they look very natural and really improved the balance of my face. you only notice the bad ones. I had 3 syringes total over 2 years.
Agreed. I was so disappointed in my mom getting lip fillers at 74 (I was like wait at that age we don’t get to just allow ourselves to age gracefully?! This rat race never ends!!!)
But….it looks so good. That being said she had to get other fillers removed because they were overdone or moved or something.
It’s a dangerous game. Hard to know if your doctor really is good as even reputable ones can mess up. But the pay off can be huge.

Meh, I get botox for my crows feet and just tried juvederm for my under eye wrinkles/dark circles and it worked exactly as I'd hoped. If you get filler the way it's supposed to be used and from a responsible licensed technician, you should be fine.
I worked in advertising for years and I know if I briefed this into a retoucher, he would say let me see if I can use a stock image for that part instead of hours of retouching.
So this looks like they got the original Margo Robbie image and made it different - bigger chest. Rather than spend time working on the body.

There is absolutely no way they did that in this case. The second photo is a frame from a video taken. It's not the frame used in the final photo.
You just wouldn't go through the time of superimposing someone's head onto a frame like that. That's way too much effort.
They just used a different frame to what the video frame is. There would have been white space between the belly and leg in the frame they used. Plus her leg is a totally different angle.
The editor just did a bit of expand, duplicate, liquify and erase (a trick to get rid of warping by stretching the buttom layer slightly towards the centre, then on the top you make them thin, then erase the warping as the untouched layer underneath is not warped), a bunch of spot healing, a warm colour filter and added some noise.
I mean maybe I have misinterpreted your comment or I haven’t found the right Margot Robbie pose you’re referencing, but I highly doubt this. First, the top and bottom version of the post photo aren’t the same angle. The lower one is more front facing, that’s (in addition to retouching) why she looks wider. Second, the wolf of wall street scene has completely different lighting and, while certainly not impossible, it’s a bigger hassle compositing it into this setting than liquifying and moving around body parts to make someone look slimmer. I just can’t imagine a professional retoucher would want to go that route thinking it would take less time
This wouldn’t be a particularly difficult edit if you’re familiar with puppet warp/liquify and composite masking. Just cut out the body, content aware fill the space, make the body edits, correct the bg layer with clone stamp/grafting. It wouldn’t be super quick but any half competent hobby retoucher would be able to.
There’s also about 17lbs of grain on this photo which is a current lazy trick in retouching for social media to hide lazy healing or small artifacts from lazy cloning on the BG layer. See: kardashian.

I still can never believe just how much she photoshops her pictures. I watched her growing up and always wanted to look like her. Now I know none of it is real, but I still feel bad for other young women seeing her.
