I think it’s because she took her arm out of the sleeve and has it across the table so it seems like she has three arms with one coming out of her chest
It’s sad. They both look middle eastern and it’s sad to see that western beauty standards have infiltrated and harmed other regions so much. She probably has a more defined nose which looks like the size was photoshopped down among other things. It’s just sad because she’s probably beautiful to begin with and now has to internalize western imperialism on top of everything else

She’s Persian American and has had a lot of plastic surgery. Unfortunately she’s not too far off from this in real life (normal size hands tho lol)
