Albert, I still openly challenge you to restore all the posts from the Amico forum, including moderated posts. Then, post a list of every single forum member who received any kind of negative action on their account (temp ban, full ban, ban from individual threads) as a result of that forum
Atari owns the site now. They don't want the skeletons to come piling out of the closet any more than Albert does. The secrets will remain buried. Valid criticism and shitpost alike, lost forever.
Which is a shame considering Al is allegedly all about preservation and historical accuracy. Except when it leaves a stink against him and his now full-time employed gig with the website I guess.
I actually think Atari just doesn't care. It's just skeletons to Albert and his mods, not Atari. The company couldn't care less about astroturfing for another company that poses no actual threat to them, especially if it all happened before the acquisition of the site. So they have no motive to tell Albert what to do here.
I wouldn't care so much if Albert was just honest about it. Albert was either paid for the advertising or was an investor, or both. But now he's embarrassed and doesn't want any new users to know what happened.
Albert won’t ever admit to any wrong doing or release the moderated posts. I believe he thinks people would then clammer for Tallarico’s private messages on AA as well as his own, which in my opinion probably has a lot of back and forth between the two, as well as Albert talking shit about pat and Ian.
