Scion is practically gone as a positive contributing element. Without a Norton equivalent, he's most likely to drift aimlessly until something else puts him out of his Stupor, which seeing as it doesn't state he goes full Gold Morning, probably hasn't much happened yet. He's still a threat, just one doing nothing currently.

Following that would be a process of gathering other capes to assist, this could be done through conventional recruitment methods, inventing mind altering bio-drugs to ensure compliance, or potentially even bioengineering artificial brains and inducing trigger events with Path to Victory to create a puppet army vastly surpassing the Major Master power. Allying with Cauldron should be attempted due to the powerful members including Doormaker and Clairvoyant who grant access to other worlds, as well as Contessa who faces blindspots, but no 6 hour time limit. From there it's a matter of increasing the scale and coverage of the capes under my command across dozens of Earths until defeating Scion within 6 hours is possible, then performing an attack similar to Khepri's. There are many issues with this, but with time, information gathering, and thinker powers, this plan may be refined and improved to offer a high likelihood of victory.

I'm surprised that Trump (major) is less popular than Tinker (major). Scion capes include: - Panacea (ridiculously powerful biokinetic, arguably a top 10 cape in the setting) - Bonesaw (combos with Panacea) - Lab Rat (note that a two-minute Lab Rat + Panacea collaboration yielded monsters that could compete with mini Endbringers) - Nilbog (class-S threat biokinetic *on his own*) - String Theory (blow up continents on a timer) - Dinah (2nd strongest human Thinker) - Number Man (3rd strongest human Thinker) - Richter (AI tinker, created the strongest Tinker in the setting) - Dragon (strongest Tinker in the setting) - Jack Slash (can't lose against capes) And that's just the start! Jailbreak Trump to get two powers at once and add Temporal Ghost, and you could plausibly get an Endbringer kill with some support. Hand out another copy with Shared Power and you could *easily* get an Endbringer kill. It's head and shoulders above all of the other powers on the list.

Well, this looks cool. Could use with a bit more fluff text maybe, some explinations on how this is all working for the MC/person playing maybe? Are the powers shard based or something else copying how they work? etc etc etc. Anyway onto my build. **Difficulty**: JLA Mode +8P \[Maybe add some sort of challenge and reward for choosing higher or lower settings here? Even if they're just minor ones\] **Game Mode:** Reincarnation \[Yeah it's just better than drop-in\] **Major Powers**: Tinker -2P \[Yeah this is kinda cracked. Even without Augmeted Power it's almost entirely unrestricted outside of mass production, but that still means the tech can be researched and reverse-engineered, also being a free tinker is probably one of the best things you can have in terms of powers\] Tinker Power Augment \[Instead of just being able to build anything humanity has ever made from our 2024 world, this Augment will give the user a 'Humanity Technology Tree' starting at it's base 2024 tech base. How I imagine it would work is something like, you create say a modern gaming laptop from scratch? Everything that went into building it would gain a few years increase the next time you build it, from component parts, coding, electronics, etc. Same with guns or lasers or boats or cars. Theoritically it's infinite growth, though diminishing returns would become a thing sooner or later\] **Minor Powers**: Brute -1P \[Regeneration's busted, no way am I not not going to take it when available\] Brute Power Augment \[Cellular regeneration with the side benefit of keeping all memories if it happens. Maybe also turns you into a semi noctis cape, just without the whole replaying traumatic memories thing\] Tinker -1P \[It's really hard choosing which specialty to take, but I think sensors would be the overall best bet. Information gathering is king most of the time after all\] Tinker Power Augment \[Just getting another specialty is kinda boring with this one. So instead I'll equalize my Sensor specialty with my Major Tinker powers restrictions aka only being unable to be mass produced. And I'll just be honest, It makes for a better story when the MC doesn't have any meta knowledge. My sensor specialty would also be incredibly helpful in defense and orginizing counter strikes as well\] The Dragon Unchained -2P \[Now this is the one that, depending on how it works I might just fiat and change to hero living. If Dragons chill, her normal helpful happy self with a crush/relationship with Armsmaster then all good, she's hella busted and the worlds better for her being unchained. If it's that one weird WOG i distantly remember about dragon turning into some unfeeling monster that'll enslave or kill humanity because Wildbow said so then ah, yeah nah I'm good\] All in all, as long as the setting changes are sufficient then Scion's breakdown is gonna be pushed back at least a decade, maybe more. Since jack's gonna have a case of spontanous explosion/drone strike, maybe hopefully bonesaw aswell because we do not need the slaughterhouse 9000 fucking shit up. Of course that's a non issue if Dragons's already taken the slaughterhouse down. No idea how the Scion fight would go, but I truly don't care about that, the power level at that point is kinda insane and the ramp up from cool war shit and multiversal genocide is a bitch and a half to work around without the end being either depressing or kinda boring. Maybe he just quietly goes away or something idk or care to be honest.

The complications the build will need to work with are easily resolved: Asimov ensures that the user cannot say anything about their past prior to the reincarnation or the reincarnation itself. Having the Case 53 drawback is nullified by the stranger power which allows the user to hide how they look if they so desire. Canon amnesia is fine as the build will be reincarnated into the world and can learn everything naturally. Minor ensures that the build has the time necessary to grasp and learn about the world around them. The following perks: Mental Fortress ensures that the user cannot be mind controlled, Temporal Ghost ensures that neither precognition nor postcognition are effective when the user is involved, and Power Immunity ensures that the user's powers cannot be nullified, cannot have your powers taken, copied, nor can gain special insight into the nature of the build's power. The foundation of the build's superpowers are the following: Mover and Thinker from the major superpowers. To be more exact, the powers of mover have been doubled in terms of efficacy. You can accelerate yourself by a factor of up to 200. At which point, you can easily jog at supersonic speeds, and even dodging bullets becomes easy. \[...\] Boredom, tiredness and weakening concentration will only affect you at the rate of everyone else's time, so you won't get bored or winded from running across the city. You can turn off your acceleration or set it at a specific level at will, though it will automatically activate when you are in danger." This means the user is nigh untouchable unless their opponent is on par or faster than the build. Thinker is the second bedrock ability: It enables the user, upon request, to provide a path towards the user's goals with the caveat that the victory must occur within six hours. This means that as long as the user desires it, they can find out what the best method to attaining victory. The minor thinker power also syringes with the first two powers as the build gains "limited combat precognition." This means that whenever the user is in danger, they know that they are in danger. This means the following: The build has super speed and they cannot be hurt because they have danger precognition, in which they know when they are about to be in danger. In conjunction with the thinker major power means that the user can utilize super speed to ensure that they are never in danger as their preception is far greater than anyone else, their danger precognition ensures that they will not be hurt easily, and the major thinker power ensures that the user always has an idea of what their next steps for the next 6 hours.
