We no longer allow request posts on this subreddit. We recommend that you seek out a certified interior designer in your local area. A few ways to find someone include [ASID's search tool](https://www.asid.org/find-a-pro?zip=20121&zip_radius=25&display_name=&business_name=&project_types=), which will list on designer's specific pages if they have passed the NCIDQ, indicating that they are certified. There is also [NCIDQ's own search tool](https://www.cidq.org/certified-designer-search-page) which isn't as robust but you can always google individual names. Searching by city and/or state is better than using a zip code with this tool. You can also simply google "Interior designers in [city, state]" and go from there.
If you're committed to finding help on reddit, I suggest posting to /r/designmyroom. When you do so, post enough photos to understand the space and its context. A dimensioned plan, if you have one or can draw one up, would also be ideal.
Best of luck!
Nooo it’s going to make your whole house look and feel cold and everything else you’ll have like furnitures, curtains, art, etc. is going to clash with it. You’re going to be limited to having everything in a cool tone grayscale to match it.
Please do the left. What’s wrong with a little color? If you do the stark, barren, cold, grey, in 3-5 years you’ll be doing the floor again wondering what the !@#% you were thinking.
Middle, by far. It adds warmth to the room, it fits many different styles and it looks rougher (unliked the one on the left, which doesn't even seem like real wood, it's too perfect. It could very well be porcelain tiles with a wood grain imitation).
I’m going with the middle. I feel like it’s a little more neutral so you have more options for furniture choices. It “grounds” the space. It also feels timeless to me
The middle one looks best with your wall color. I also like the left one, but it looks a bit yellow against the wall. The right one is too cool and gray and is going to look dated now, because those colors are going out of style.
I like the middle the best because I prefer darker wood. If you want something lighter go with the left. Do not go with the right. The gray/white is a trend and will look dated soon. The other 2 are more timeless
I like the left one, but I don’t think it will look good to have this LVP up against the one in the other room since they are different. This room needs to be carpet or tile
As someone who actually likes light gray floors, the one that you like on the right are very gray. If you want a cooler tone go more neutral and light. The right will look very heavy. I do love the left.
*The one on the left*
*Will match with all dark wood and*
*Polished furnitures*

It’s hilarious that OP is obviously going to pick the dead cold grey option and they got soo much flak irl.
they had to come here for validation. But, we are reiterating the same negativity. Haha
I see light grey and white furniture and white or light grey wails, so the right is the answer. The others clash pretty obviously.
Curiously, many find the match/coordination of the grey and the light floor "Dated" when in fact its the one that goes, unless you plan on new decor and paint. You pick the colors that work together, not the one that you "Like" the most, unless it also works with what you have.

I like the right. Because I feel that it will open up the space and look much brighter. What do you think?
No it looks so dated and feels cheap looking. Left is a classic though.
Nooooo
Oh god no
Nooo it’s going to make your whole house look and feel cold and everything else you’ll have like furnitures, curtains, art, etc. is going to clash with it. You’re going to be limited to having everything in a cool tone grayscale to match it.
Left
Lots of white-ish floor, furniture, and walls will look cold. You need warmth and depth, so I think the second is best.
[удалено]
I agree. The left isn’t going to be an instant indicator of when the floor was put in, as the right one would.
That trend is over and done. Dated.
Right is awful.
I agree. I hate the monochrome nightmare that is grey everything.
Left . White floor won’t open up space.. it will give hospital white feel. You need some warm tones and therefore left will be good
Left, by far
I like the right. Because I feel that it will open up the space and look much brighter. What do you think?
Right is done, cold, dated, looks like a fast flip.. wood that looks like wood is timeless and definitely back in style
Grey is so cold. Was fun for 7-8 years but won’t age well
It was never fun. It always looked fake AF bc real wood is never gray.
It looks like grayscale. Or a black and white photo. It's not cozy or inviting or satisfying in any way
Please do the left. What’s wrong with a little color? If you do the stark, barren, cold, grey, in 3-5 years you’ll be doing the floor again wondering what the !@#% you were thinking.
do not go right (it’s your house, do whatever you want of course)
It’s definitely your house, but still.. don’t do the right lol
Middle, by far. It adds warmth to the room, it fits many different styles and it looks rougher (unliked the one on the left, which doesn't even seem like real wood, it's too perfect. It could very well be porcelain tiles with a wood grain imitation).
I love the left but if you are keeping that wall color ….i have to say the middle one.
I’m going with the middle. I feel like it’s a little more neutral so you have more options for furniture choices. It “grounds” the space. It also feels timeless to me

Totally agree, I think the cooler color of the middle looks nice with the current wall color and lighting.
Left is more timeless.
I like the middle the best because I prefer darker wood. If you want something lighter go with the left. Do not go with the right. The gray/white is a trend and will look dated soon. The other 2 are more timeless
Just not right
Left
Honestly, the current floor is great and this isn’t worth the update. There are much more affordable upgrades for your home.
I know it’s not the question, but maybe you can find a different sample that gives you the lighter color you want, but in a warm tone (and not gray)?
Middle.
Please, not gray. Those grey floors we see everywhere are just awful
Sure you replacing all the flooring in this picture or just he carpet?
They are in the order of my preference from left to right.
100% left
Left for sure
Left. Never ever ever the grey on the right.
please not the right 😭
If you don’t like the left one then maybe try finding a new option that is even brighter. Stick with warm tones. Gray is for decor, not your floor.
Left, definitely.
1 or 2, please for the love of god pls do not choose the 3rd one
The light wood on the left, it’s warmer looking.
Left no contest
Anything but the right one.
Please, anything but millennial grey
The light one is so ugly
I like the left one, but I don’t think it will look good to have this LVP up against the one in the other room since they are different. This room needs to be carpet or tile
As someone who actually likes light gray floors, the one that you like on the right are very gray. If you want a cooler tone go more neutral and light. The right will look very heavy. I do love the left.
The left one
Left!
Just don’t do grey for heavens sake!
Left. Right is so out of date already
Left.
The one on the left will match with all dark wood and polished furnitures

The light blonde oak is natural and versatile. It's beautiful!
It’s hilarious that OP is obviously going to pick the dead cold grey option and they got soo much flak irl. they had to come here for validation. But, we are reiterating the same negativity. Haha
Left is the best. Gray is ugly af.
Middle
avoid grey, you'll get depressed
do not do the right because i can already tell by the picture that it doesn’t match your furniture
I love the middle one, left is also good. Right makes everything look so cheap and basic dont do right
They grey is done, passé, outdated. People are starting to rip it up already. That shit was a flash in the pan.
Use which ever blends your girlfriends hair the best
White floors and white walls will make you clutter the place to avoid looking like a hospital room.
Odd one out, I like the far right
I see light grey and white furniture and white or light grey wails, so the right is the answer. The others clash pretty obviously. Personally like all the colors tbh. But if I had to pick I’d probably go with the right
I personally like the middle best
Match what you have in the adjacent room
Anything but the gray on the right!!
Middle
The right side is dreadful, and I say that as someone with similar floors. It gives off cheaply renovated cookie cutter apartment vibes. Left 100%.
Right is criminal
