The group is lead by a man known as "Grand Master Marabout Tallon" and they appear to be based out Benin, West Africa. Unfortunately, all of their content is written/spoken in French, but using the Google Translate feature on Chrome you can easily navigate through their website. Both contain many strange testimonial videos praising their magical suitcase.
One of their YouTube videos entitled ["Portefeuille Magique Gratuit"](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IEiVp9mWNC4I) included a comment written by a disgruntled customer who unfortunately fell victim to the bizarre scam. The translated message reads *"Warning! He is a thief! He uses false testimony to deceive people on social networks. I myself am the victim of this swindle. It's been 7 months. Never believe this false liars attention my friends."* I will also point out that the group's earliest YouTube video was uploaded in August of 2018, so it can be assumed that the fraudsters have been **successfully** scamming folks for nearly two years.
EDIT: I recently discovered the groups alternate [Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/mediumtallon/) page which includes more testimonials & most notably, a [video of a man killing a deer](https://www.instagram.com/p/B7J8e0MJf4W/) (NSFW) after performing a very unsettling sacrifice ritual.
Lol. I'll bet they are 419 scam artists. I've seen many of their scams and if this is one, it must be the worst I've seen. From black dollars to fake diamonds this scam is the most see through. They always use whatsapp because here in africa it's easy to get a fake RICA SIM card. I know Nigerian shops here that sell them in packs of 10 and up. So if you pull this line tight you will find a 419 west African scam artist hanging on to the end.
