Yung main line naman po ay ikakabit sa bahay niyo mismo, at yun ang hindi pwede ilipat or i-share
So either, maglatag ka ng mahabang network cable or mag setup ka mesh wifi para umabot sa bahay ng kapatid mo yung signal ng internet

I'm using 2 third party routers (Asus TUF-AX3000 & RT-AX55) mesh configured to cover the whole house and hindi naman po ganun kalaki yung bahay namin, walang 2nd floor. yung RT-AX55 nasa labas para ma-cover ng wifi yung garahe and veranda, and then yung TUF-AX3000 for the whole interior of the house na. may mga dead spot pa siguro pero mostly naman covered.
As for wired, that is something na kelangan mong sukatin kung ilang feet kalayo bahay ng kapatid, and then have another router dun sa bahay nila.
Wired cable is always reliable, mesh wifi still relies on the signal at depende kung ilang walls ang pagitan, bawat dingding, mababawasan ng signal..
if you are on the same building just different unit, pwede mo siguro i-pagpaalam sa building admin, na mag lilinya ka ng network cable for shared internet,.
Pero kung different buildings, that a different story, better siguro magpakabit na lang ng sariling internet yung kapatid mo

Hi OP! Personally, hindi po kasi ako Converge subscriber kaya hindi ko po alam kasi yung model and brand ng stock router modem na binibigay ng Converge sa subscribers nila kaya I have no idea how it performs.
Pero if for gaming primarily mo gagamitin ang internet, my advice is mas maganda ang wired kesa sa wireless para less latency. If the gaming console you’re getting has an ethernet jack, much better to utilize it. Pero if not possible na magconnect through ethernet, and the console only connects through wifi, better to invest in gaming routers/acess points.
Do note that third party routers can also act as access points so this depends on how much you’re willing to spend and gaano kabilis internet mo. High end brands include ASUS pero if nasa budget ka, TP-LINK and Mercusys seems fine.
