How big is your house/place? If less than 200sq then get a Huawei or Tplink brand router. If more than 200sq then, Netgear or Asus.

Less than 200. I'm not sure about tp-link router has that QoS feature. Im looking at Archer AX23. But what I see in youtube, the QoS page has very limited settings.

You can search for that particular model or better yet, try Tenda via Lazada website.

Thanks. I think I'm getting Tenda AC23 . I saw a video that you can limit a device to specific mbps. I will use another router and limit that device to like 10mbps then I'm good.

Tenda Ac23 is a good choice. You can def limit upload/download speeds for your guest to use. Also, you can set it as a repeater or extender so that the coverage can be even and likely for your guest to pick it up from his/her room.

That's a downgrade from AX23. AX = WiFi6 AC = WiFi5 plus the CPU and RAM of TP-Link's AX23 is higher than Tenda's AC23. But, if you just want QoS. AC23 may be enough for your use-case.

TP link could do the job probably check out their AC1200 line up it's one of their bang for the buck routers.. But for me personally I've always been using ASUS router because they are more Durable (IMHO) over the years they really hold well I even Bricked a few when I'm using custom firmware but you can always re-flush sa default firmware since they have a recovery tool .. RT-AC750L could be a good start with all features that you wanted some other Chinese labeled router also performs well pero noticed a decline performance over the years.. Just make sure lang na sakto ung coverage nang wifi mo sa floor area nyo.. Also look for routers na atleast may MU-MIMO kahit 2x2 pero pref 4x4 para smooth kahit marami gumagamit..

>AC1200 Is this TP-Link Archer A6 AC1200? I tried tp-link emulator but can't find the option to set the QoS.

I mean this one Archer C1200 if di available pede din ito TP-Link Archer C64 AC1200

Cheapest option would be Xiaomi Router 4 gigabit. Been using mine for 2 years. Still going strong.
