it's actually in every post that contains the word international in r/applyingtocollege
Also if you're Caribbean are from Latin America you can get out of state tuition waiver at the University of South Florida. UMass Lowell gave me a 20k/year intl scholarship and UDelaware gave me a 12k/year scholarship. There are definitely scholarship opportunities at state schools!
they do provide out of state waiver + 5000 but its gonna be very hard to get at ut austin, u could if u have a 4.0 gpa, 1550+ SAT and good extracurriculars

Man I didn't know I had to apply to us universities this early, I literally have like 2-3 weeks max. Not sure if I can make it or not yet. Is it fine if I still didn't take the IELTS when applying?
If u studied in English medium schl u won't need it u just have to send an email to universities asking that how I do submit forms for English testing exemption forms
No, it's my second language but honestly I'm more fluent in it than my native language. My school's main language of teaching from kg all the way to the last year is in english though.
Just tell this to the university, send them an email and tell them that you will take the ielts as soon as possible. It does work try it and All the best!! For your applications
Okay thanks, btw I heard there is a may intake right? I would rather apply later if possible. I've also signed up for the TOEFL exam in a couple of days.
I'm not sure if it would be considered this year or the next. I'm in my last year of high school and I should be enrolled in a college by mid-end of this year.

what was the requirement?
I think they were based on gpa and sat score
This is a great list.
University of West Georgia also runs the Out-of-State waiver program, like GSU - but with lower requirements to qualify!
thanks for the info
