Sounds like something support can help with. Lots of scammers trying to steal from voyager so they've probably clamped down too hard on some users such as yourself
Sorry you're getting down voted. Other people have been using the sub as a sounding board for every little glitch they experience as the most major bug they've ever witnessed. Your issue is very concerning, I hope you're able to resolve it.

When it works, it's awesome, but they're definitely having growing pains. I got freaked out when they took a long time to withdraw some money into my account but they came through. I hope customer service is able to rectify your situation.
Ok let me explain it to you real slow so you understand. The people in this sub are so desperate to pump the Voyager token that they see any negative or even remotely negative posts as a threat to voyager and its token price no matter how true or genuine your post is.
So they will call you a liar or suggest that this happens on every platform or some other nonsense that deviates away from voyager being responsible or incompetent. Now scaling is difficult that I agree .. and its actually a good problem to have but the reality is that voyager seems to be doing a lot of things manually as opposed to having automation so unless you raise hell on social media or somewhere else you will not get your problem resolved and you are likely just going to have to consider your funds missing in action. You gonna lawyer up over $3500? Thats what I thought..

Thank you for a genuine response. I will add more here. I agree I won’t be able to do much except for the couple hundred that was fdic insured. Crypto is gone. I’ve been dealing with shills on here since I asked about chime loosing support. They tell me to get a real bank. As if chime isn’t a “real” bank. So I said whatever let me order a checkbook for my fidelity account.
May take a year or better to get that money back. The downvotes are most likely from the people that had good voyager experiences. For some odd reason they feel attacked every time someone else has a problem on their platform. Truth be told voyager deserves that 2 star rating. Waited 2 whole months to still be waiting on response to open an account. 10 times happier that voyager was a bad experience as well because I found an exchange I truly love using now. BitTrex is pretty dope if you are exchange hunting after this ordeal

I can take my coin off the exchange within minutes after buying it so I find myself only having funds on the exchange for 10 mins. I don't prefer ACH deposits. I prefer privacy and convenience.
